The gates of the past and present are now open as our energy enters the door into the abyss, but all that we can see is darkness. Wherever there was once sunlight is now darkness. Nevertheless, the energy is so powerful and yet so sublime that it brings chills and subtle calmness in the air. The sky will be in total darkness over 15 to 16 states in the U.S. and the black moon, and the total solar eclipse, will bring spectators from all regions.

On August 21, 2017, similar to August 22, 1998, the total solar eclipse will begin its motion where the sun and the moon will be in be aligned so that the moon will cover the sun for a few minutes. The brilliance will begin at 12:05 EST and 9:05am PST. The first U.S. State to be able to view this will be Oregon. As the eclipse moves east, the greater the totally; taking a maximum of 90 minutes for the journey across the country. By the time the eclipse reaches the Southeast near South Carolina, the moon will begin to turn totally black moving into 28 degrees in Leo by 2:31 EST and 11:30am PST. By this time the maximum eclipse will occur; the total eclipse will begin and end near the Carolina’s at 2:48pm.

Unlike other writings, blogs, and articles, I will not go into details of how total solar eclipses are formed. Nor will I elaborate on how full moons are formed; however, I feel compelled to focus more on the timing of the eclipse and as well as the moon placement, as this will impact the transformational journey into the changes that are about occur for all visible cities as you will read later in this blog.

It is imperative that we all understand the VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theory) prospective on the importance of this eclipse and how it will impact the characters of each and every person and their environment. I am certain there are plenty of articles of how marvelous and how dramatic this eclipse is in Western and Vedic Astrology, NASA sites, and other sites throughout the web. Therefore, the information which I bring to you will be more of a mundane philosophical prospective of historical phenomenon in the past and present, and how we will re-create the future as I had stated in my predictive blog in December 2016.

All eyes from those in the United States and many others have long waited for this event; some call it the Great Eclipse of the Century. This may be due to the pure perfection of the Total Solar Eclipse which hasn’t occurred in almost 30+ years in the North America, and the fact that the entire eclipse will be visible. But Mother Nature and the Divine are not done dancing with us as they bring to us the second spectacular event – a Black Moon.

A black moon occurs when there are two new moons in one calendar month. If you recall on July 21, 2017 I wrote in my blog, welcome the first Leo new moon and the second is yet to come (read about it here). Another black moon will not occur until next year.

One by one each astrological characteristic will be going through a metamorphosis which will be so profound that by the time the next eclipse in spring of 2018 arrives we will not be the same people. Aquarius will end their eclipse cycle in February, Leo in August. And here we go again, Capricorn/Cancer series will begin as it did in 2009. In one month, Virgo will give the torch of Jupiter to Libra, and in two months Scorpio will break each and every shackle of Saturn, destroy it, put it back together, and give it to Sagittarius for their lessons in karma.

Just as the Lunar Eclipse on August 7/8, 2017 is a recreation of past events, strangely, this eclipse is itself unique. The total solar eclipse is at 28 degrees in Leo on the 21st of August and is exactly the same degree as it was in 1998. Basically, this means that it will touch on events of 1998. Additionally, it also touches on events from August, 2009. However, the universe is not done with Leo at this degree as the questioning will remain open for discussion until 2028.

Ancient Vedic text, as well as VPAT, has always considered that any areas where the eclipse can be visible are the areas which will be impacted the most. Therefore, not only is the eclipse individually based, but it is also country and regional based. For example, during the Lunar Eclipse, I have predicted that there would be plenty of water issues, i.e. rain, flooding, snow, tornadoes, and other things that involve water in the United States or the northern regions for the next six months.

Since the Lunar eclipse can only be viewed by Europe and certain parts of Asia, my predictions are that it would not be surprising to me if there is news about new illnesses, shortages in food due to crop damage, or there even could be issues of wind and strange weather patterns. I additionally stated in my blog, of the lunar eclipse in Leo in the spring, “Eclipse in a fire sign usually brings forth, to those countries where the eclipses are visible, things such as dissatisfaction of its people about the ruler, people becoming ill due to infections or unknown or incurable diseases, even death of an important person to that country. However, this is an axis taking into account two polarities” (Read more here), and at that time the eclipse could be seen in Asia and America.

The Total Solar eclipse will be seen by almost all of the United States and the same theory applies. Every eclipse is a 6 to12-month transit; sometimes lasting as long as 18 months. This is especially true when eclipses are in fixed sign (Scorpio, Leo, Taurus and Aquarius) as they are at their strongest; therefore, expect the impact of this eclipse’s effects to last even longer. The conflict with the east and west may continue for some time. Issues of security and family may be issues of talks and revisions for some time as well.

During the Solar Eclipse, I believe that it may be either a warm winter, or extremely cold, but one thing is certain, we need to be careful with fruits and vegetables as harvests may be affected by weather or pests. Additionally, Leo represents leaders which means there may be lots of activity within the military, and morals of the people may not be high. There also could be ongoing issues of leadership in America i.e. wrongdoings or secrets becoming uncovered.

Nevertheless, the new black moon like is no other, not only will it be all void but it will almost turn a hazy black at 2:20 EST , 11:20 PST while moving into 28 degrees in Leo. The eclipse and new moon will affect all late born Leos and fire signs, including ascendant or any one with Leo in their chart. This does not exclude fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) by domain. Once again, please remember this is based on VPAT which has no relation to Astrology besides the characteristics of certain elements.

In the Vedic culture, any kind of eclipse has been known to be an omen, and in many other cultures as well. Many theorists as well as astrologers believe negatives do occur in the eclipse times. However, few VPAT teachers and learners feel that eclipse is a time of change and embrace. With every negative comes a positive. Surely, eclipse brings difficulties for humanity as humans cannot handle change quickly; therefore, spirituality and reality must merge to give humanity equilibrium.

What does this mean for people on a personal front? One thing is certain, whether you have Leo in your chart or not, almost every one of us has a fire sign (Leo, Aries, Sagittarius) or fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius) somewhere in our chart, therefore whether by domain or by association this eclipse will affect each and every one of us. Leo is a sign of family and leadership. Since Mercury is retrograding in Leo and moving into Virgo this will cause communication issues, whereas what we want to say is not what is coming out (read more here).

Our emotions impact what we say and how we say it, thus they also influence the person receiving the message. According to VPAT calculation, Mars, the ruler of men, or as VPAT sees those of leadership and authority, is currently in the placement of Cancer. This could cause many leaders to take things out of context, being overly melodramatic or defensive, and could even have shortage of self-control and ethical reliability. Additionally, Venus is also in Cancer therefore, when the stronger of the two elements is fragile, subtle dialogues, movements, and patience is often enabled. Therefore, every relationship whether family, co-worker, or friendship could become very melodramatic for a month, possibly becoming volatile, and as we gradually moving away from Cancer energy it will magnify the characteristic of the energy it is in.

Many people will be infatuated with doing things their way just to fulfill their self-satisfaction even if it hurts others, and thins will be all about winning and overcoming others. Appearing almost as if it is a game of who is going to come out the best, the reality is that there is no challenge. This will be a completion of a phase or a momentous modification in course of matters concentrating on home, family, and health. It may be that a relationship ends or there is a completely new beginning.

Whether a new beginning or an end, Saturn, a planet of past life karma and teacher of difficult lessons, was in Sagittarius for a little, while according to VPAT. As of August 21, 2017, it moves back into Scorpio for their final lesson; making sure Scorpio has learned all they need to learn so that they don’t repeat the same mistakes again. Scorpio and all those that have any houses in Scorpio, including their domains i.e Fixed signs (Leo, Scorpio, Taurus and Aquarius), will be affected until October 28, 2017. So, if you see some people being a bit quiet, leave them alone and be kind to them. Many people who have Scorpio in their chart and being questioned by the universal energies about their past actions are frightened. They will be feeling the taskmaster more so than ever before. Read about the 7-year transit (this is only the 5th year so far) as the last two years are graduate school. While releasing Saturn and this eclipse is knocking on our door, suspicion, worrying, and emotional or over-reactive communication will be a possibility from now until end of October or possibly the beginning of November.

This eclipse is predominantly objective and persistently concerned with the need to control any tendency of misery and depression, or agonize or manifest our own fatalities. Do not act on compulsion or it may blow up in your face and do not offer money to anyone. It’s time to intensely reflect on influences in the world, and the full manifestation of humanity. This 6 to 18-month period is a time to concentrate on public/societies, making contacts, teaching/instructing, and fostering compassion to siblings and friends.

This specific eclipse places a colossal universal prominence in one area of the Zodiac. We may deeply consider our feelings and needs within the context of the house, sign, and planetary aspects affected. To fully appreciate the potential the eclipse, we must explore both houses and signs that are brought into play. Where the Moon sits, we can provoke our demons, old behaviors and doubts, and where the Sun is we may find the means to hold or discharge from all that oppression we experience in life through our creative efforts. In any event, there are prospects for deeper understanding and finding a balance in our lives.

It is often noted that things which happen, good or bad, focusing around the eclipse do not happen on the day of the eclipse, but could reasonably happen months later as triggers of other events or planetary changes interacting with changes.

The Moon in Leo symbolizes a time of desires and charm. Ruled by the Sun, Leo creates an inspiration of cordiality, passion, and pleasure. There may be an aura of creativity, dignity, and generosity. It is a good time to pursue romance, be social, and to help others. Like the Lion that symbolizes Leo, many maybe self-confident, craving extreme gratefulness and acknowledgment.

The Leo energy can sometimes cause people to be more narrow-minded, obstinate, full of pride, annoyed, arrogant, self-centered, and patronizing. It’s also harder (but not impossible) to make fluctuations or be supple. It has not been easy for Leo’s and fixed signs for the past 2.5 to 3 years as Rahu has been causing problems. Rahu is a planet that causes calamities, catastrophes, and unexpected or unforeseen events in one’s life. Now it is entering Cancer. This does not mean it will be bad; it can be good as well. Personally, my son who is a Leo has had many good aspects of Rahu. This is because he chose the path of being honest and took the spiritual path during the last two years; therefore, unexpected resources, scholarships, and other things came to him unexpectedly. Whereas, I know some Leo’s that have experienced the reverse because of the choices they have made.

Leo’s cherish family, especially their mothers as they are majestic, studied, or significant people in their lives. Often people with Leo in their chart look for individuality, friendliness, and power in that relationship. Even with the beautiful energy it may be a bit problematic to stay consistent without pulling your hair out at least once or twice between now and the first two weeks in September, as the mixture of 5 planets, including Mangal (Mars), Rahu, Buddha (Mercury), Surya (Sun), and Chandra (Moon) are within few degrees of Ketu. Then it will join forces at Ketu. This means that all fixed signs (Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, and Scorpio) and Cardinal signs (Cancer, Aries, Libra and Capricorn) will be affected and their domains; all fire signs (Sagittarius included), air (Gemini), and water (Pisces). This covers nearly everyone.

As I elaborated earlier, VPAT considers every eclipse not good or bad, but just as change. What I am about to bring to you is not astrology or numerology. It is not premised on Western ideological astrological or Vedic astrological premises, rather a VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theory) based upon mathematical prediction. Astrological signs are mere place holders of characters of within a group of inferences.

My predictions below will begin with the characteristics of placeholders that will be most impacted by the solar eclipse. Please note these predictions must be combined with the lunar eclipse earlier this month to get an overall picture of what you can expect for the next 6 months to a year.

Fixed Signs

Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio and Taurus

Leo’s, this is not your last eclipse. As matter a fact your transformation began on February 10, 2017 (read about it here) and will continue until January, 2019. But at least Rahu is out of the picture. On the other hand, when Saturn leaves Scorpio, this is something Scorpio will be thankful for (read more about it here) and moves in to Sagittarius for long haul (read more here), there will be be many changes you may have to get used to. Aquarius, you and Leo’s are holding hands through these transits. Although you prematurely began your transit in 2016 (read about it here), your difficult transformation are over next summer. On the positive side, when Virgo hands the torch of Jupiter to Libra, by domain you may feel some added bonus. Taurus, you will be happy to know that besides minor planets, I don’t really foresee too much going on for a little while so sit back and enjoy this time out.

Leo: The next couple of years are a part of your transformation. You have had 2 years of building a foundation when Jupiter was in your sign. Now difficult transformations make you strong. Anxieties, fear, restless feelings, and physical, mental and emotional tension. This may all have to do with Rahu finally leaving and now you are ready to change your physical and personality aspects. This can be a difficult change as approval, self-initiative, and motivation may be needed. Additionally, when Saturn is touching family issues it is not helping, even though you may be doing ok with your finances or soon will get a good occupation or a job, it seems that many debts may have to be paid up by the end of the year.

Aquarius: This journey may be difficult but it is indeed spiritual. Partnership and commitments are important to you, however, you will be considering and reconsidering your relationships of all kinds. If you are in a solid, cordial relationship, then you will be playing a psychologist to your spouse or partner. If your relationship is lacking in something, or you are holding on for some reason, I would not be surprised if there are chances of quarrels between you and your spouse or partner. At the same time, there may be possible misunderstandings with those in business relationships with you. However, whether you are a man or a woman, there will be constant conflicts with women in general.

Scorpio: Through the Saturn transit one of the negative concepts will be your health. If you do not watch it, I would not be surprised if you get ill. But if you take care of yourself then the fruits of your labor will bloom like no other. New income, business, or career will give a sense of pleasure and peace. This is the time the universe will give you motivation and you will finally be recognized for your hard work. I would also not be surprised if you brush shoulders with prominent people.

Taurus: You can now breathe easy. Jupiter has blessed you. The only thing that could jeopardize anything would be Pluto, but it would be at a distance. Because of many things ending and transits completing, so are many things leaving your life. This means there may be empty nests, you may have moved away from your family or friends, or just experiencing a bit of emptiness. On one hand you’re happy that it is finally finished, however, on the other hand you may feel discontented with your life and there may be difficulties with family members, especially motherly figures, either through communication or health, but there will definitely be deep soul searching about your life.

Fire Signs

Sagittarius, Aries and Leo (listed above)

Sagittarius, though many will say that Saturn has moved on, according to VPAT as of October 28, 2017, your journey has just begun (read about it here). Please note that Saturn does not have to be bad as Saturn’s journey can be a beautiful gift of wonderful delight. Both you and your brother Aries should be quite happy that Rahu has moved away from you but Saturn and the eclipse will impact on your both. Uranus continues to be placed in Aries so you may continue to feel the unexpected for some time but remember, it’s all in how you handle things.

Sagittarius: Some may call you workaholics when you don’t have company around. But often this is not good when it affects your health. Minor frustrations may arise and if you decide to take a long-distance trip, give yourself plenty of time as glitches and fatigue may occur. It may also be difficult for you to be recognized and you could have some unrest. This is because you are learning a lot about who you are and the world you live in; you may dive into different cultures, norms, and philosophies. But watch out for that crazy M&M (Mercury Man) at the end of the year, he is coming to bite you.

Aries: So many unexpected things have occurred in your life; actually, this has been going on for about 7 years and I believe many of you may be saying “enough already”. The time is almost here I promise you. Saturn, Uranus, and the eclipse bring many changes for you, but nothing you cannot handle. If you recall, something big happened in February of this year – something ended. This time, that same thing is opening; it may have to do with a commitment, children, home, spouse, or other relationship. Or it could be heavy responsibilities. Now you really need to watch yourself and how you carry yourself as there is a high probability of verbal abuse, disrespect, and difference of opinions with family members, including partners and children. Health concerns, confusion, lack of focus, misinterpretation, and bad investments can occur. I would really suggest not taking anything personally at this time and it’s best to say nothing.

Cardinal Signs

Cancer, Libra, Capricorn and Aries (See above)

Cardinal signs will move through mixed emotions for the next 6 months. However, Cancers will be going through a very deep transformation of Rahu as they dive deeply into Rahu transit for the next 2 years. As things happen unexpectedly for them, they occur to basically prepare them for their eclipse cycle in 2018. I spoke lightly about this transit in my lunar eclipse blog (read more about it here). Libra should be happy as they will be handed the torch of abundance from Virgo who has been holding on to it for the past 1.5 years. But they need to be careful as Jupiter can cause weight gain and an inflated ego. Unfortunately, things may seem dark for some time for Capricorn and the ongoing soul search of death and rebirth will continue for them at least until 2025. Perhaps other positive aspects will assist them with getting out of gloominess. Aries, you too have a long journey of transformation which has been described above.

Cancer: You have grown so much, however, now you are slowly approaching what I call a hibernation mode. Rahu may cause some ruckus in your life. Again, this does not have to be bad, but it can be; when you are not paying attention, accidents can happen. There may be unnecessary arguments with your family or partner/spouse. As you know, when that happens it affects your health. But this is because your temper is getting the best of you and your lips are talking way too much which will get you in deep trouble. Instead, you should be taking this energy, looking at your budget, and looking at ways of earning more money.

Libra: Things should not have been too bad for you for the past 6 months besides minor glitches. As the old saying goes, to pave the road, one has to break the old. Little by little you have done just that. Now you will be looking at your hopes, wishes, friends, love, luck, and future. But most of all, mighty Jupiter is dangling the carrot of resourceful advances, public respect, and accomplishment. Your heart will be blessed with the pitter- patter of delight in get-together with friends, family, and other events.

Capricorn: Most certainly, deep thinking has been there for you. Hence the universe will not let you be sad forever without a transformation of your own. Think back to 2009, it’s time to fix it. If you have done well, or if you can take the change, well you can be happy. However, this is one of those deep transformations; naturally it is about your individual transformation on a higher plane. With our power and control, who are you will be the question. If you worry too much it will affect your well-being, including your finances and self-esteem. Only you can choose your path.

Mutable Signs

Pisces, Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius (See above)

Pisces: About the only thing that may disturb you is Neptune and Mercury retrograde. But that is not really bad. Mercury may slow you down and Neptune puts you in a dream world which won’t clear up any time soon, so enjoy the ride. The problem with this eclipse will be a double-edged sword. You do like to work hard and make lots of money. But if you do not take care of yourself and continue to do things for yourself while continuing to be at service to others, then you may not feel well at all. This could cause you life-threatening difficulties. However, diligence will give you dominance over many situations and you will have virtuous outcomes with victory and gratification. Thus, you must choose your health or your success. Choose between balance, or an all-or-nothing approach.

Gemini: Every three to four months you are like the Linda Blair project with M&M by your side. But you always seem to find a way out. Now the universe is blessing you finally, and telling you to get ready to learn. Hence the learning won’t be difficult but it will be different. The way you are communicating and acting towards others is just not working, it’s time to change. You will be given positive increases and advancements if you are mindful in how you interact with everyone. Additionally, how mindful you are about your rational processes and philosophies you share will be important. Through collective involvement your individual power will escalate. You will also be able to get assistance from people you never thought you could and you will travel.

Virgo: You now have less than a month to plant your seed. You may have gained some weight through Jupiter and now you may be considering weight loss or some sort of a health regime. Stress and uneasiness may cause many Virgos to take time away from their partners/spouses or family for meditation, spirituality, weight-loss, or retreats. Mindfulness is necessary in regards to resources and money. Too much stress and an inability to pay attention with wandering minds could cause minor accidents which could lead Virgos to think about death/rebirth. It could also be that they hear about the death of someone which could cause them to think about their life and how they must begin the laying down of arms and give themselves to their higher power. But most of all, practice selflessness to bring peace of mind.

Numerous articles have horrified me as there have been immeasurable statements of chaos, war etc. Eclipses often carry progresses in one’s life or support personal accounts to make advances toward steadiness. It is a time for growth, out of breath truth, securing evidence of the spiritual world, and getting practical facts from people. Exhale, the meaning of sustainability and permanency will be present. If what you do for a living was done with all your effort, then heaven will be support you. If not, you will be given signs where your shortcomings were.

As this eclipse is the exact replica of the August 22, 1998 eclipse, I was curious to see what the parallels are with the present day. I remember my husband and I were having a conversation when the President was elected and I said to him “If our president causes a war or a threat of a war by August 2017, then he has repeated history.” Perhaps at that time it did not make sense or no one thought of that. But, as I sit here today and listen to the news, how close are we to a war with North Korea?

On August 07, 1998 and August 22, 1998, there was an Aquarius / Leo axis of eclipses, just as it is right now. At that time the lunar eclipse was visible in Africa and Americas, and the solar eclipse was visible in Europe and Asia. Therefore, the lunar eclipse directly impacted the United States as the bombings occurred in Africa killing 225 people and injuring 4,500 people. In retaliation (Leo power), two days before the eclipse (as I have said the energy can be felt 7 days before or after) August 22, 1998 the U.S. launched a missile in Afghanistan and Sudan (Asia). Therefore, whichever the country is able to view the eclipse is impacted by the eclipse.

Thus, the August 07/08, 2017 eclipse was viewed by Europe and Asia similar to 1998 eclipse (read about it here). In the same aspect, the August 21, 2017 eclipse will be viewed by the United States. If Mercury was not present would it have been identical? We know Mercury retrograde brings things from the past back and brings things to view again. Only time can tell what the fate will be of the nation through the energy of the Divine as the energy will be captured for the next 6 months. But I can say that 1998 was also a time when President Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. Is there any similar chaos going on right now?

I also want to elaborate that in my lunar eclipse blog (read about it here) I spoke about winds. In 1998 some of the most intense hurricane and tornadoes destroyed crops in the United States. Could this happen to Asia this time or the United States?

The new moon conveys concerns of message, exactness, spreading the word, and reaching out. Facts are dynamic to decision making, and all the facts we have and need will now be available to us! With these most important aspects ending, we’ve learned the lessons of not collaborating, and refusing to incorporate new data with our experiences from the past. It is also a time to celebrate and have fun. Release stress through walking, playing, contacting brothers and sisters, and embracing the child within!

The moon in Leo is Spirited, Valiant, Intense, Supervisory, and Structured, AND SHORT-TEMPERED. It is my suggestion that you purchase orange and white candles and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with lemon oil or orange oil and chant the Psalm 65.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Remember that with all applications of psalms and mantras achieving the desired result is dependent upon the quality of intention. When it comes to finding satisfying relationships, it is of the greatest importance to begin with a clear understanding of what your goal should be. This year I have chosen to make available 1 easy mantra and 2 difficult mantras for the both the solar eclipse and the new moon.

The objective of this mantra is to have balance through obscurity and blurred energy as well as bringing closer and opening new doors for fire and fixed signs. With every moon cycle, remember to cross out the old declaration, even if there is only the slightest change, and create new ones. The perfect number for aspirations is 10.

Take a deep breath and enjoy these few weeks before the monsoons of the planets hits humanity one by one. I spoke about the trouble times in my blog in December 2016 to prepare you for this day (read about it here). Now, it’s almost as if you have to look at the world through different glasses. Imagine for a moment that the planets are at war against each other in June and July (22-23), 2017. All of humanity on Earth is in the crossfire and chaos builds over time with the culprit being “M&M”.

For some this may be funny, but I call it Mickey Mouse rather than Mercury and Mars. I don’t know about you but both of these planets drive me bonkers. However you see them, know that they are crucial planets. According to VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theories), the war is not new news, but old news. Some humans have been affected by this for 6 months, others for this month only, and some will be affected in July. When M&M gets involved with Gemini it spells TROUBLE. Imagine twins with M&M’s, oh boy.

For the past 6-8 months, there has been some on-and-off hopelessness, unhappiness, and even some despair for Leo, Gemini, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, and Taurus. In June, there will be high highs and low lows for Gemini, Sagittarius, and Scorpio. But it had been/is was very positive over all for Virgos. Finally, when Buddha moves away from Gemini (I am referring to Mercury) just after this full moon, there will be some significant changes that could occur; I will elaborate more later in this blog. But for now, this moon will be as memorable as the name it was given.

The Thunder Full Moon Cancer-Capricorn, on July 09 at 12:06 am EST and 9:06 pm PST July 08, 2017. It will transit Cancer-Capricorn at 17 degrees, depending upon the orb and hemisphere.

Every sign will be pretentious under this moon, particularly Capricorn or those who have Capricorn in their charts. Remember, we are still under many retrograde periods; therefore, be kind to yourself and others around you.

Along with this beautiful Full moon, it is a very auspicious day for some Hindus where we celebrate Guru Purnima. For Hindus all over the world, mostly Gujarati, Brahmins call it Vyas Purnima. This day is for blessing and commemoration of a Guru Ved Vyas who decoded and transcribed the eighteen Purnas and the Mahabarata. Many consider a Guru as an educator, divine faith healer, a remover of darkness, or a priest. Many followers fast and rejoice the sanctions of their Guru. It is the thankfulness for of all the delightful lessons that have been distributed on to them.

The Earthy Full Moon brings a time of wisdom and blooming. It is a period of individual nirvana, but also a time to examine for the abysmal significance in what you’ve generated. Especially needed at this time is to ask yourself: How can you incorporate your idea into the world for the better of all?

The Full Moon urges you to know the righteousness and meaning of the “other” – other people, philosophies, and morals. You are called upon now to work toward achieving steadiness – balance of your internal nature and outer character, balance of your necessity to take with your capability to give, poise of your vital standards with what is conceivable in the world. Capricorn Moon sets us straight up the mountainside toward our highest goals. Dig in those hooves and get climbing!

During the Capricorn moon the energy will be drawn to seek politeness and formality in all things – thus you may be one who does not eagerly express emotion. Emotional situations are serious, consider the consequences of your words and actions. There is a preference to be with people who are self-controlled and correct. Yearning for those who are determined, applied, and good leaders.

With the moon in Capricorn, the pulsation of Saturn is highlighted. It is time for quantifiable drive and a consciousness of work and duty. In the pursuit for standing and economic security, people influence indifferently, even cruelly, but it is an egotistical requirement rather than bitterness.

The Saturn impacts of Capricorn cause glumness or in-constructiveness to sneak in. Usually, while the Moon is in Capricorn energy is lethargic. It is time for industriousness, put on yourself to tasks while living exclusively in the present. The Earthy Capricorn Moon sets us up the traditional mountainside toward our highest goals.

Clear goals are going to be an absolute after July 3 when Mars leave Gemini, which will cause problems for Gemini’s and their family members, including their spouse. As Mars leaves Gemini it will then affect Sagittarius where there could be a financial crisis or pressures in their job. At the same time, Pisces may get a cold as they don’t like Mars because it makes them steamy. While Taurus is too stubborn to deal with the heat, they need to be careful with arguments too, at home and at work.

As we are in Cancer Sun, they won’t be left out of the disturbed energy. They could have some emotional remorse, and since they can’t argue, they will just fight themselves. Whatever crucial decisions are to be made wait until after the 14th. Please spend some time with your Leo friend, maybe both of you can help each other; self-confidence will also help.

Scorpios know what is happening with their life and perhaps they finally deal with their pain by spending time at a place they find peaceful. Meanwhile, Capricorns are faced with dealing with issues of their partners. The only people that will foster well during this period will be Aquarius, Aries, and Libra. Asking them for help however, may only get you a conceited answer or no answer at all.

The moon in Capricorn is Ambitious, Serious, Determined, Practical, and Capricious. You may choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Remember that with all submissions of prayers and mantras, completing the preferred result is dependent upon the eminence of purpose. When it comes to finding satisfying relationships and success, it is of the greatest importance to begin with a clear understanding of what your goal should be.

The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. As you may notice I do not have candle or essential oil in this blog as the eclipse energy is so close and the chaotic energy of the planets are creating negative energy. Can you see it? Or at least feel it? The summer scent is just a few weeks away and Mother Nature is making sure we know it! I have always related June to the Beatles song “Strawberry Fields Forever.” This is because it always reminded me of times when my family would jam pack everyone like sardines in a National Lampoon “Vacation” style station wagon and go to the local farm and pick strawberries.

But June is a special time. Not only is June the most popular time for marriages, it is also named after the Roman goddess Juno who was the protector of young women and marriages. Every marriage was blessed under her name. With the Strawberry scent and weddings of lifetimes on the horizon, what other wonderfulness does the Universe have for us?

Our official Super moon is not until December; however, we will be graced with a micro Full moon. When a moon overlaps with the zenith of the moon it is the furthest away from the Earth, and during a Super moon it is the closest. Therefore, it will be a beautiful micro strawberry full moon but it will be very far away from us…or at least it will seem that way, but it will still grace us, especially when it is Sagittarius. But will the Sagittarius slowly gallop or gracefully ride?

The answer is yet to be decided, but the tension or grace of Sagittarius moon will be felt by many as early as June 02, 2017 and continue to be a mystery until the 14th. Nevertheless, the energy will grace our sky in the friendly air of Gemini and in the hunt for the truth of Sagittarius on June 09, 2017. The Sagittarius will glow and the moon will be at its peak at approximately 9:09am EST and 6:09am PST at 19 degrees Sagittarius. However, by VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theories) it is in the sign of Scorpio. This is the only moon which I call idealistic.

The unwavering moon in Sagittarius has not been at this degree since 1930 and it may not even reach the degree of 19 for at least another 30 years. Perhaps it will come really close in 2025 at 20degrees.

While on the subject of 20 degrees, some Earth signs and those that have Earth in their chart Jupiter, which has been in Virgo (according to VPAT) August of 2016, and has been retrograde and moving direct all this time. However, the last retrograde in Virgo has been since January 28, 2017 but it is time to jump! As of the Full Moon Jupiter is moving direct.

All I can say to you Earthlings is to enjoy the moment and make sure you planted all the seeds correctly. Do not be surprised when all of a sudden things go status quo in September.

Even though this can be a very lucky aspect for Sagittarius, I can’t say that everyone is going to be happy. This is especially true for Sagittarius as obstacles and slowdowns are possible; but there is a gift of endurance at the end of the tunnel. Saturn will move away from Sagittarius around the second or third week of June and move into Scorpio for their last karmic lessons until October 27, 2017. So, a sign of relief is coming but for now be persistent but not with pressure.

A full moon causes people to be extremely detached, vibrant, prepared, and focused on the benefits of everyone. The full moon gives us the opportunity to plant seeds, especially herbs and berries.

The Flaming Sagittarius Moon compels us to express justly and get straight to the heart of the matter. Conviction is strong, chitchat is out… big visions and lofty plans take shape in our minds. Take a little outing… read a book.

At times, this Full Moon can climax significant methodological or scientific progresses, or social changes and reforms. Computers and other hi-tech equipment can be subject to malfunction or other disturbances. Be on lookout against “the unexpected or unusual” around this time. People may present with some rather strange behavior patterns under this influence as well and sudden hostilities or separations.

The Moon in Sagittarius carries a period of exploration looking for freedom. People may feel more courageous, welcoming, and fun loving. It is a good time for sightseeing, interests and ideas, and for broadening the mind.

Like the Archer that signifies Sagittarius, people may have a preference toward looking for truth, sophisticated implications, and following perception, as well as flights of fancy. While the craving for autonomy will be strong, people may want to do what they want, when they want, and be spontaneous and liberated. These dispositions can cause agitation and a strong need for freedom.

Moon in Sagittarius is very truthful with her feelings. She is astute and metaphysical in emotional situations. She gifts others with admiration, compassion, and a sense of humor. She relies on telling it like it is, even if the truth harms. Sagittarius Moon needs others to be candid with her as well. She is intensely aggrieved by dishonesty. She has an aptitude for schooling others, and is an enthusiastic learner. Every sensitive trial is a chance for her to study, and to help others with the information she has enlarged.

The moon in Sagittarius is Truthful, Frank, Active, Hopeful, and Intelligent; but with all these energies we must all remain balanced. It is my suggestion that you purchase an Orange candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with sandalwood oil or Lavender oil and chant the Psalm 17.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Remember that with all applications of psalms and mantras realizing the preferred result is dependent upon the excellence of intention. When it comes to finding satisfying relationships, it is of the greatest importance to begin with a clear understanding of what your goal should be.

This year I am presenting two mantras; one that can advance those that know little about mantras to begin practicing to manifest and those that are advanced to become repetitious.

The turn of events in every aspect of our world gives us no choice but to make changes in our lives. Those choices are either forced upon us or burdened so that we have no option but to transform.

Not only is the eclipse transformational but it is as spiritual as one can comprehend. This is the 2nd eclipse of the series of eclipses in Pisces that began in March of 2015 (Read about it here). This absolutely does not mean that only Pisceans’ are affected by this eclipse; rather, each and every one of us will be affected.

In ancient Vedic philosophies it states there is a piece of God/Universe in all of us; we are part water and creatures of confusion with great strength. Therefore, it is concluded that there is Pisces in the chart of every human being. To prove their point, ancient Vedic philosophers sanctioned all people to prove them incorrect and anyone that could would sit on the thorn of power. That challenge is still offered yet no one has stepped up. This is because no matter which astrological traditions are practiced, whether it is Natal, Sidereal, Sinhalese, or Tropical, nothing departs from the philosophy that “God is within in all, therefore we are as one.”

The most magnificent will be the questioning in the cosmos by our very first Super New Moon. Supermoons are known to appear bigger and brighter than all other moons. It also means that at these times the moon is closest to the Earth. As far as the new moon, we may see it but the eclipse will surely be eventful for those living near the Pacific Ocean and partially for people in South and East Asia, including parts of Australia.

The total solar eclipse only occurs during a new moon. As the planets shift through the orbit the moon happens to get between the sun and the earth which casts a shadow on Earth’s surface. The shadow creates a total, or a partial, eclipse. As you may recall, the last total eclipse was on March 20, 2015 which was also the new moon in Pisces (Read more about it here).

The eclipse will begin its motion on March 08, 2016 at 6:19pm EST and the moon will slowly move between the earth and the sun around 7:15pm EST. The moon will be formed perfectly void exactly at 8:55 and will pass between the sun and the earth, forming an exact total solar eclipse, at 8:59pm. This event will take about 1 hour and 38 minutes to complete the eclipse, then entering partial eclipse mode at 11:34pm on March 8, 2016. Even though it seems that it is a long event the actual total eclipse will only last for 10-15 minutes.

As beautiful as it may seem, the New moon and causation of the energy of the eclipse in Pisces is more detrimental than the cosmos. The new moon will void our skies at 8:55pm EST, 7:55pm CST and 5:55pm PST at 18-19 degrees Pisces (depending upon the orb); can I say rewind, re-run? We had a Solar Eclipse at the same exact degree on the same exact day: March 08, 1997. However, while moon has not been at this exact degree since 1997, the closest it has been was in 2008 and it won’t be this exact degree again until 2035. Thus, not only will this be serendipitous for many of us, it is spiritually connected.

As I began to write this blog, I had just completed writing the blog about the full moon in Virgo. Many people do not understand how the full moon and new moon affects individuals and how planetary inferences affect people’s world view and actions. Often they dismiss these ideologies and then wonder why there is so much chaos and confusion while looking for rationalization in their everyday life. Yet there seem to be no answer. Finally, when someone explains it in terms that they can understand, the Ah-Ha moment comes to them.

When the cosmos shuts out the light, like it will during the eclipse, this can impact the world view and focus of humanity; instead of looking at what is in front of us and things that are available to us, we look at what we cannot have. Solar eclipses end key periods in our lives to begin a new cycle. In this case, as I stated, this cycle began in 1997 & 2008. Therefore something which began in 1997 (if some of you were around) is finally ending and a part of something that began in 2008 is also ending. Its best to look deeply into what was really going during the spring equinox of both years and look at the circumstance now; if it is not complete it is time to let go.

Depending upon which philosophy one follows, eclipses have always had a bad omen associated with them by definition. To some it puts things out of order which causes fear and chaos. Some fear that because it becomes dark, evil will dominate the earth. This all stems from the Greek definition of the word “abandonment”, to leave, or detach. In literal terms we are doing the same, detaching the old and making room for the new. We are evolving and as we continue to do so we must look at each element in our life through different levels as we mature, and bring new concepts into our life while looking at each particle through spiritual glasses. How else are we going to be accepting of spiritual power if we are not mature enough to understand and accept it? Thus, we must let go and make room for new.

Whether it is a full moon or a new moon, whenever there is a Pisces moon there are Neptune qualities which embark several properties. Pisces has extraordinary restorative properties; however, as a water sign, Neptune has the usual propensity to bring desolate gusts and water. We have a new moon in Pisces every year and every year we have had natural disasters involving water, gusts, snow, and things revolving or surrounding water. Usually, the events occur without warning, and for others there are no meditative factors to stop them.

This eclipse is the proclamation of the events of 1997 and 2008. We are also now aware that the energy of the eclipse can be felt as early as 5 days before a major eclipse. The propensity for natural disaster damage of Neptune caused major flooding in the Ohio River which was declared a major disaster on March 04, 1997, Cyclone Justine in March 1997 cleaned house in New Guinea, and Cyclone Hina in Tonga. Let’s fast forward to March 2008; Neptune was at it again when major floods hit parts of Texas all the way to Pennsylvania killing 14 people and thousands of people had to evacuate. The Bihar Floods of India in 2007 -2008 destroyed many, including entire animal herds and farmlands worth millions to farmers. But there is an old saying – whatever Neptune destroys was confusing and not secure, thus not passing his test. In our own lives, similar to those things from 1997 and 2008, if things do not pass the test, they will be gone.

Solar Eclipse dynamism is marginal, gentle, protecting, and energetic – ricocheted and transported from within our life power. This eclipse is particularly detached and purpose oriented and our ideologies and persistence can be improved and reinforced. We initiate deep reflection of our influences in the world and the complete manifestation of our humanity.

It is now time to eliminate all sluggishness or choices that you may have put off. It is time to act and change your life. Without modifications in the areas of immobility and delay, there will be karmic lessons to pay after 6 months. The information that will be received from the cosmos and our own psyche will certainly revolutionize what you thought something or someone was. Actions are based upon the disclosures that are exposed within a few weeks after the eclipse and transiting for 6 months. Therefore, the moon in Pisces plays a significant role for revelation and spiritual awakenings.

This eclipse is so influential that it is prudent to treat it as if it was a total full moon. Therefore, do not make any choices regarding relationships, careers, legal issues, or moving. Any decisions that are made 7 days before and 7 days after the eclipse may either not turn out in your favor or show that what you saw, and you think you need to see ,will be two totally different things. Neptune (Pisces) will cause mis-perception creating the need for reconsideration in every decision.

This new moon will provide adequate energy to exact self-destructive thinking and actions. The moons vigor will permit the awareness to use our secretive power to join to our main psyche (God) helping us to manifest our visions. However, Saturn (planet of lessons and Karma) entered Sagittarius on December 23, 2014 and has continued its journey transforming Sagittarius, people with Sagittarius in their chart, as well as mutable signs (Read about it here).

As of March 21, 2016 Saturn is retrograding in Sagittarius. Retrogrades are often characterized through evaluating things from the past, how they were controlled, and what could have been done to create better outcomes. While Saturn retrogrades, messages, ego centrism, as well as clashes, are possible if we are not patient. While in direct motion (read about it here) it reforms, produces, rewards for hard work, and brings lessons and challenges. When retrograding, it will slow down our life; Saturn is on a coffee break and takes advantage of preparation, shaping, and creating goals to plant seeds in the autumn of 2016. As if we have not had enough retrogrades this year, poor earth signs and Virgo’s continue to experience them. This is especially true for Virgos; we know how much you like your sweets and the universe had given you the pleasure of lady luck right by your side. A gift of Jupiter last August (read more about it here), many Earth signs including Mutable signs and all those who had Earth signs in their charts, were happy and content with their financial security, prospective careers, or job hunting, and things did not look bleak. Then the cosmos asked, and continues to ask, a question from January 07 until the middle of May 2016. Whatever the question, it has a four prong theory: self-discipline, karmic test, smugness, and lastly, spiritual growth.

There is an old saying; “nothing in this world is free” frankly, this is true. But to have such a gift one has to earn every bit of Jupiter, a planet of expansion and fulfillment. Self-discipline is exactly how it sounds; when things don’t go your way, do you have a tendency to over react, worry, blow things out of context, etc.? If you do, you must break this habit as patience, self-discipline, and faith will work for you. The second prong deals with the Karmic Test which is that you must, no matter what you have or don’t have, always be content and good to people as happiness comes to those with good spirits. This means to accept everyone, no matter their status in life. Self-righteousness/smugness focuses primarily on ignorance, greed, selfishness, and wastefulness; always be humble and kind. Lastly, spiritual growth says that this is time for being involved in spirituality. If you don’t have a faith or religion get involved in mundane philosophies as yoga, meditation, self-help, or anything that brings peace and happiness to the soul. With Mercury having just moved out of retrograde, Jupiter and Saturn still remain in retrograde. Essentially, every person will be pretentious in one way or the other as a result. Whether this is through Jupiter, Saturn, or this moon, circumstances and world understandings will certainly be implementers of rebellion, either physically or psychologically. The change will open many doors to medicine (perhaps cures) and spirituality. The greater importance will be where Pisces is obvious in one’s chart. It is extremely important to comprehend the Pisces sensitive impact and how prone we are to be psychic sponges.

The spiritual moon will give resistance while enchanting us to act, give rise to mortality and its nature of secrecies, and finally, rebirth. This moon will increase visions and shock the mind to a new path in life. The past and present of life must die. Discriminating patterns must also be determined. Remember, this is the silence and darkness before the dawn. The theme will be to signify life as if it can really be unnatural through manifestation and thoughts.

The New moon is an indication a time to clear things through reflection and unrestricted love. To be able to differentiate that people are doing what they can with what they have. It’s a respectable time to absolve those whom have hurt you. It is time to let go of principles, even if it means to cry, and let it all go so you can trigger a relaxing process. It’s a time for fate, the eye of infinity. Fastening the love you have for someone and being the psychic sponge for those that value healing energies. Provide yourself the consideration of new beginnings.

Pisces moon highlights a time of immobility, prayers, and the sowing of seeds for springtime. It is a time of earth regeneration when the first traces of spring are so enticingly close. It’s also a moon of Shiva who removes our inefficiencies in order to bring spiritual development and perfection. Shiva is the graceful lamination that carries us to an upper plane in our lives; to give us passageway to hold our life with humbleness and kindheartedness so that we walk in his light.

The information which I am about to present to you is not predisposed to individual astrological charts; rather, it reflects Vedic tendencies and generalization. They are NOT Western Astrology, nor are they Vedic or Progress Astrology. Rather, they are a determination of the conflicts that can be avoided by each individual.

Remember that the trend is currently based only on the solar eclipse. When combined with the lunar eclipse broad tendencies (will be posted at the end of March), one will be able analyze the situation as a whole for a full six month prophecy.

I will begin with the prophetic symbols impacted by the eclipse more intensely than others. These people could become extremely irritable or extremely kind depending upon how they are able to handle the energy. Again, it is advisable to understand that to get a complete picture of how the next 6 months will be determined, you will need to combine the solar and lunar eclipse tendencies.

Mutable signs are continually metamorphosing with Mercury retrograding 3 to 4 times a year and slowing things down for them. Learning difficult lessons through Saturn crossing through Sagittarius and the retrograde energy of Virgo.

Pisces (Meena): All Pisceans, including those that have minor Pisces in their chart, will be affected by this eclipse. The intensity of this eclipse will be experienced by those people who have the sun and the moon in Pisces and minor and major planets in Pisces, especially those that are born March 03-13. Pisceans will now be able to find some of the most gratifying changes in their own personalities, especially those that are in industries which use vision. They will now be able to express themselves better and in the way they should. The key points are integrity, pride, existence, and experience. Things that no longer benefit them will now exit. The problem with this is Pisceans have a difficult time letting go. The things that have to be let go are things that have made them defensive, angry, and very touchy about discarding.

Gemini (Mithuna): There could be major changes in occupations and projects with possible promotional endeavors. They may have the complete focus they need to be recognized for their work; if they are writers they will shine, if they planners for large groups of people they will be recognized beyond their dreams. You may not be as affected by this eclipse as you will the next eclipse in Libra, by association, so get prepared for your own transformation.

Virgo (Kanya): Though this may not be more about you, you could inherit more than you could have desired. Your life partner or your mate is about to be delighted, and with this you will receive maximum joy and moral support like you have never received before. If you are not married, or with someone, it’s an ideal time to open the doors to new possibilities and start the show. Don’t worry Virgo, lady luck is only gone until May. Make sure your decisions are spiritual and humble in every way.

Sagittarius (Dhanu): It’s spring time! It’s time to fix your home and bring the beauty back. If you are looking for a house, this is the time go for it. If you are looking for a car, it is best to do it 2 to 3 weeks before retrograde, or before the next eclipse in the fall. Then again, Saturn is retrograde so it’s best you do it now before you get bopped by lessons learned in the fall. (Read about it here)

The next eclipse will be a lunar eclipse in Libra, similar to the alignment we had in March/April of 2015 last year (read about it here). Therefore, another alteration for Cardinal Signs (Cancer, Libra, Aries and Capricorn) is equally important. But remember Libra, this is it for you. If you have not learned it by now you may pay the price in 7 years when the universe asks you what alterations have you made? Have you taken risks for the price of pleasure?

Libra (Tula): The eclipses you may have ridden through (April 2014 – read about it here), or (April 2015- read about it here), should have taught you needed lessons. If you haven’t learned them you will be stuck with what you have. Staying busy and entertaining will be great; however, taking good care of your health and debt must be your number one priority right now. This is the time to get your health regimen in gear. Most of all, because Libras are naturally charismatic, there is a high chance of envy among friends.

Capricorn (Makra): This is the best time to travel. Open up lines of communication because important good news is on its way. You are also looking and thinking from a whole new prospective, but this time with effectiveness and improvement. Please remember Capricorn, by association you will be affected by Jupiter retrograde until May 2016 (read about it here).

Aries (Mesha): If you just came back from a long journey and you want to go back, then you may do so. But you must, be very careful as you may have some unplanned expenses if you have not saved. You also must watch out for health issues as you may not have paid attention and now they may get worse. Remember Aries, you still have a lot of cleaning up to do, and you too, by association, will have many changes to make due to Saturn in Sagittarius (read about it here)

Cancer (Karka): Protect your character at all cost; it seems that people want stomp on it a little bit. If you want to go on a long distance trip this is the best opportunity for you. If you are looking for news from a distance, it is on its way. It is time to learn spiritual activities such as yoga or meditation, and it won’t hurt if you go back to college and heighten your skills.

Fixed signs (Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, & Scorpio): Some of you have been beaten, stepped on, or ran through the garbage disposal, and came out on the other side (Saturn in Scorpio). Others went through one year of intense introspective time when Mercury was in air signs, beginning with Mercury in Aquarius . But lucky for you Leo, you were in the grand time of your life when you have lovely Jupiter in your sign for almost 2 years, until August of 2015 . Now it is time to rest. Many of you may only feel restless energy, while others become emotional sponges for people in their lives.

Aquarius (Kumbha): Finally, your time has come. The eclipse is on your side and it comes with success in your finances. Many Aquarians will now have the focus they need to plan their financial endeavors more successfully. The garbage of family negativity is now in the past and the universe is now giving the healing energy necessary to move past difficulties.

Taurus (Vrishabha): On one hand things may be coming in a trickle where Jupiter Retrograde (read about it here) may teach you important lessons to be humble. On the other hand, I am sure you remember that you had some unexpected money that may have come to you last year and this year I would not be surprised if it happens again. Another positive thing is that your circle of friends is about to expand too. For those working in larger corporations, this is going to be a blissful expansion in your professional life.

Leo (Simha): You have had almost 2 years of bliss. Some of you may have gotten married, had children, new jobs, or had a baby; something positive must have happened. If not, you did not take the opportunity of Jupiter . Now, by association, Saturn is bringing difficult lessons (read about it here). But no need to worry too much as this is the time to dive deeper in areas of the philosophical world to find your calling, and in the financial world to get yours in order.

Scorpio (Vrischka): You have been run over by the Saturn truck for two years (read about it here) and now it is time for you to rest. But, you know you. You seem to have the knack of being an emotional sponge to people. So why not get away from it all and go back to school? If you decide that education is your path, this is the best time for it. Brush up your skills because you will benefit. Or, if you want to have children, it might happen; be careful though, if you are not planning them an oops moment could also happen. Then again, if you already have children they will surely bring news that will bring music to your ears and cause your heart to pitter patter.

This Siddha mantra uses the universal origins that rule each charka: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. This is also a time of Mahashivratri for most Hindus and thus an auspicious time for regeneration and reawakening for many.

Delayed Justice; Unpredictable Understanding: Final Mercury Retrograde for 2015

The last Mercury retrograde (read about it here) seems like it was just yesterday. With one roller coaster after another between Saturn, Venus, Jupiter, and Pluto playing rough, Mars and Neptune did not help matters much.

Once again we are forced to slow down and consider everything that happened in the past. The slow moving planet mercury will be turning retrograde again on August 26, 2015. It will begin its journey in the ghost period motioning backwards at 28 degrees Virgo. As Mercury is a slow moving planet it will not station retrograde until September 17, 2015.

On October 9, 2015, Mercury will begin its path to motion forwards at 0 degrees Libra; touching every planet again until it hits station direct on October 17, 2015.

Many astrologers believe that a planet that retrogrades begins its period about 2 to 3 weeks before it begins its actual retrograde period. This is especially the case in the Vedic philosophies, meaning plan now for the hindrances of tomorrow and mitigate any future crisis because of planetary stimuli.

Therefore, I would expect that the energy will be felt as early as August 26, 2015 and as late as October 17, 2015. This period may be reflecting a shadow of what is yet to arise.

Many people elaborate that Mercury will straighten out on October 9, 2015, conversely, the speed of the planet must be calculated, which often is not. Nonetheless, some of the anxieties and perplexity could subside by October 9, 2015; hence, one may be still viewing life with foggy glasses until October 17, 2015.

An example of the energy can be drawn as a train. Before the train begins to move on its track there are many things that need to be prepared prior the journey; such as tickets, time, and other mechanical issues that could cause delays.

When Mercury is retrograde, there are a lot of introverted and self-conscious thoughts which could cause memory loss or forgetfulness. With Mercury retrograde in Virgo-Libra, people with this sign conspicuous in their charts will be predominantly disposed to such contemplation.

Since Mercury rules Gemini & Virgo, they too will be affected as the life they may have once known is in a slow speed. But all mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Pisces and Sagittarius) will feel this. Forget about patience, Sagittarius and Pisces may have 0 tolerances. The only thing one must blame it on is Mercury; then again, Mercury does not care how one feels. He will take everyone hostage.

This year’s retrograde has been the most troublesome for Air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) causing major frustrations. We began our year with the first Mercury retrograde in Aquarius then moved to Gemini and the very last retrograde for this year is going to pound Libra.

Mercury retrograde in Libra may cause a lot of hindrances for Libras and anything that goes wrong is self-scrutiny. The last time Libra’s may have felt like this could have been around September 2009. This could have caused many people to reconnect with people from the past or they realized that they were in the wrong situation at the wrong time. The most recent retrograde would have been in October, 2014 (read more about it here).

Venus rules Libra which focuses mainly on relationships. Reflection will be directed towards personal lives to evaluate, assess deeper issues of relationships, and opening our eyes to the real problem. Libras must expect the unexpected.

The retrograde does not have to be ruthless; it’s blessing about love of order, loveliness, modification and honesty. Many people start to panic when someone mentions Mercury retrograde due to the reputation of delays, obstacles, and electronic malfunctions.

Mercury in Libra questions how communication and quality of relationships relate to one another. It is time to clear up misunderstandings, create healthy boundaries and set a goal to re-discuss the issues after Mercury is direct so that there is no misinterpretation in the future.

Love matters can be unpredictable and impulsive due to egocentric outlooks. All areas of communication are traumatic, especially matters relating to families, business, and particularly anyone who works from home or travels a lot. Papers can go missing. Be sure to carry a journal and refer to it frequently. Rumors concerning companions, partners, and coworkers should be discounted or taken with a grain of salt, particularly if sex or money are elaborated. The plot will coagulate with ambiguities leading up to October 17, 2015 when mercury begins to moves forward.

A planet is defined as retrograde when it seems to be moving the wrong way through the zodiac. This customary concept rises in the misleading planetary motion created by the orbital turning of the earth and relation to other planets in our solar system. Planets are never essentially retrograde or stationary, they just seem that way, due to this optical impression.

Mercurial energy can be good or bad, but it will certainly be energizing! This Planet also stimulates us to move from one thing to the next and to get answers on both a physical and psychological level. Further, Mercury’s dynamism is both agile and insightful.

Mercury is about short journeys: a visit to a neighbor or a friend across town, the workaday commute, or a weekend getaway. Siblings and transportation, in general, are also within Mercury’s realm. Speaking, writing, books, online communications, and learning are all within Mercury’s domain.

Remember, we can use this powerful energy in positive ways. Use this time to do activities that start with “re”: renew, repair, review, renegotiate, and research.

In general, Mercury rules philosophy and insight, processing and distributing information, and all means of communication, commerce, and transportation. In addition, Mercury rules people who work in these areas, especially people who are thinkers or acumen: writers and orators, commentators and critics, gossips and spin doctors, tricksters and thieves. Mercury retrograde gives rise to personal misapprehensions, unsound, interrupted or postponed communications, conferences and trade, malfunctions and breakdowns with phones, computers, cars, buses, and trains. And all of these problems usually arise because some critical piece of information, or element, has gone off track or askew.

When Mercury is retrograde, everyone’s rational is more meditative and we tend to think about matters causing distress that transmits to the sign involved. Creative propensities including trades, music, art, or design tend to be obstructed by surroundings beyond ones control. Legal matters will progress sluggishly and unanticipated difficulties tend to appear. Mercury retrograde tends to lack complexity of awareness and has no tolerance for detailed exploration. Approaches and inspiration for learning, communication, and transportation are subject to complications under this aspect. It brings travel delays and missed appointments of all kinds.

The good things to do when Mercury is retrograde: reflect, envision, edit the book/poem/song/essay you’ve been writing, clean house, talk to your pet, listen to music, paint, and catch up on sleep!

Tendencies which I elaborate below are general and based on Vedic philosophies, not being directed to any specific individual. I will begin with Libras and all Air signs(Gemini, Libra & Aquarius) as 2015 has been fixated on Air sign introspection. Followed by Earth signs lead by Virgo that feel as difficulty in adjusting, but mercury is not bias at all and he can rattle Pisces and all water signs. But somehow of all the astrological signs Fire signs are the only one that shakes of almost anything

Libra: This is your Mercury; the universe really wants you to slow down, consider and contemplate who you are. Do you like the way you look? Are your dignity, integrity, and face being saved by your personality? Remember that one of the most important eclipses is coming in your sign next month and some of these answers you must be prepared to answer. You must also consider how your personality affects people, how easily you become sarcastic, and if you always want control.

Gemini: Your relationships with your children, pleasure, and spiritual practices will be questioned and slowed tremendously. You may not enjoy all the things you used to enjoy and you may even feel as though your wishes are not being granted. I would also not be surprised that if you are married or about to get married, issues of the past come back for discussion and you may feel like you did back in May, 2015.

Aquarius: I am sure many Aquarians want to go back to school, or they are becoming spiritual and your intuition is mostly antennas. Learning, visions, travel, and education can all be problematic to you dear Aquarius. There is a high chance you may easily become very confused, you may not be able to sit still or be able to meditate, and your intuition may be off. This is because you are now questioned that if everything in your life is not consistent and all the gifts you have, i.e. learning, teaching, spirituality and initiative capabilities, were not present then who are you?

Virgo: Money has always been on your mind however, this Mercury questions your money, education, resources, security and anything that is focused around money. It may be that your paycheck is delayed, or a deposit gets lost. I would not be surprised that when you expect to be consistent in areas of money this is where the universe will question you as well. The question to Virgo’s occurs even though Jupiter has a nice placement on your chart. If the money was not there or that money is used faster than it comes in will you still be ok? Most of all, how much weight do your place on your financial resources?

Taurus: Even though Jupiter has entered Virgo and this is a blessing for you too, Mercury will make things a little difficult. You may find that your work and health regime has slowed down. You may feel as though your work is coming to an end or something is wrong. It’s a time to introspect whether what you are doing for a living or career is what you want to do for the rest of your life. If so then what can you do to improve productivity?

Capricorn: Power, prestige, recognition, success and status are all important to you Dear Capricorn, but now Mercury questions you and your profession. You may feel that you did not receive the recognition you usually do, you may feel as though you are not getting ahead in your finances, or you may even feel people are disrespecting you. Mercury also questions how reliant you are on your profession and if you aren’t really reliant then why do you put such emphasis on it?

Pisces: Money matters have been the most important aspect of your life since March. But the time is coming where whatever you are owed, such as pension, inheritance, and gratuity is not arriving in the fashion it used to be. Other people are also not compensating or being too generous with you. The problem is you may have been too reliant on this even though the bashful side of you may be denying this. It is asking you, Pisces to get realistic with what other people must give you and consider what you must give to others.

Cancer: The pleasures you have with your mother, house, and what gives you comfort will be questioned. You may find your environment problematic. All facets may have electronic problems, delays, or uncertainties. Mercury now questions how well did you treat your mother? How well did you take care of your things? Most of all, what affect does it have on you as a person?

Scorpio: You have been down the road when financial matters were limited in your life. Normally you can tell who is deceiving you and who is not. You can also tell instantly who your enemies are, doing this with prayer and reliability in the universe. But now the universe questions how reliant are you on spirituality and resources, and do you cry in secret. All these will become obvious and there may be confusion in regard to religious practices and outcomes.

Aries: Your current relationship will be tried. It is Mercury’s way of having you reassess your past and consider how you may have affected the relationship. I would not be surprised if there are misunderstandings and miscommunication in all areas of personal relationships. You should know that you do not want the past relationships back otherwise they will haunt you.

Leo: You may discover that this retrograde is causing you to be sluggish at work or that there is no work that needs to be done. You may become bored and often feel as though something is wrong. If you work in areas of creativity, writing, or any sort of media, expect glitches in all aspects of creativity and passion.

Sagittarius: I realize you hate Mercury retrograde because you seem to think that Mercury slaps you harder than anyone else. However, this is not true. As a matter of fact you will now see that friendships will be questioned, friends from the past may reconnect, and most of all the communications that friends give to you may seem scattered and confusing.

All of the references listed above are mere tendencies and again, I would recommend you speak to an astrologer if you want in-depth knowledge of how Mercury will touch each planet or none.

Since Mercury is a very sluggish moving planet and it affects virtually all planetary signs, it is my suggestion that you purchase a yellow candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with Inspiration oil or Eucalyptus oil and chant the Psalm 70 every single night. This period will last for 3 weeks and it will be hard on all of us. These actions will allow friendly communications as well as understanding in challenging situations.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until October 21, 2015. Remember that with all applications of psalms and mantras achieving the desired result is dependent upon the quality of intention. When it comes to finding satisfying relationships, it is of the greatest importance to begin with a clear understanding of what your goal should be. The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. I have chosen the following mantra for you during this Mercury retrograde:

“Om Budhaya Namaha”

(Om Bood-han-yah Nahm-ah-ha)

“Om and salutations to Buddha, presiding spirit of planet mercury”

This mantra is used to attain spiritual transparency, to evade and overcome misinterpretations, and keep welcoming communications smooth.

Keep in mind this is not a time to make any hardcore decisions about anything – rather, think about it. Sign, promise, and create nothing. Remember that legal issues, closings, work, communication, and transportation will all be flawed at this time.

Most of all make no decisions regarding relationships, there can be difficult conversations, misunderstandings, obsession, jealousy, envy and even power struggles. If by any chance the relationship breaks up, it will be hard to mold it back together again this year as you may have to wait until next year to do so.

In awaiting reunions, make sure you know if this is what you want because if the person is reserved, difficult to understand or just unavailable, they will still be that way now. Again if there is a reunion then do not expect it to stay forever, as all the issues of the past will come tumbling down at the next mercury

I have always been curious as to how the complexity of astrology, whether Vedic or Western, predetermines specifics in events of the world as well as in people. The other day I was watching the History Channel; the main topic discussed the “combination of Astronomy and Astrology”-History Channel. To my surprise it was quite fascinating. Though this series questions faith, religion and opens up the discussion of existence, their modern science theory has always fascinated me.

With a little help from my Guru in India, I have decided to write more about the planet of Jupiter. Though there has not been much discussion of this planet, I feel this planet is like whipped cream on an apple pie. Yes, the Apple Pie does taste good alone but it tastes even better when there is whipped cream – but it depends if you like whipped cream. I find it a breath of fresh air. Therefore, those that have had Jupiter in their sign must have felt that was as well.

However, choosing this planet was also serendipity as Jupiter is moving into Virgo on August 11/12, 2015 and it will grace all Virgos for 18 months where it will go direct and stationary between Virgo and Libra. There was a similar event such as this from August 2003 through October 2004. During that time Virgos had planted some sort of a seed. Whatever the seed that was, 12 years later it may bloom again. Depending on how badly you want it.

Many of you may not even know what Jupiter is while some may know that it is a good planet to have. Well my friends, everyone has Jupiter (Guru) in their charts and it crosses each sign 2.5 years according to the sun or the moon (Vedic or Western). I will not go into the jest of the difference between the two, but the only thing you need to know at the moment is that Vedic theory is where the earth revolves around the moon; whereas, western theory depicts that the earth moves around the sun. This only means that whether you focus on Vedic or Western, the signs that one characterizes is either one sign ahead of the other or vice versa. This also makes a big difference when creating individual charts as well as the placement of each planet. There are many different mathematical aspects of astrology and each astrologer places their own twist on how to interpret the situation. But I can guarantee that each astrologer feels Jupiter is a blessing.

No matter which philosophy one follows, the planet of Jupiter has the same meaning. Jupiter is a good blessing, affluence, assistance, trust, optimism and positivity. I have had dialogs with my closest friends whose primary focus is on Western Astrology, and my Guru who uses Hindu Ancient Vedic Philosophies, to guide me through my prayers and be my console. However, Vedic Readers have a completely different prospective. Imagine for a moment that Astrology is the GPS of your life, it tells you which way you will go and at what time. In mathematical calculation of day or year it can also predetermine a good day for something i.e. marriage, home etc. Some Astrology (Vedic) also recommends you wear a certain stone or fast a certain day, to reduce the severity of planets. However, Astrology may not tell you if you take the wrong road what could happen, nor will it tell you, if the road is bumpy, what you should do, and most of all what about the weather. I realize there may be some out there however; the accuracy of those GPS’s can be questioned. Therefore Vedic Reading incorporates the characteristics of Astrology. It maps out the terrain for a short period of time so that next time you are down that bumpy road in the rain you might want to pull over. So when the sun shines again you have gotten where you needed to go just in time.

The Planet Jupiter is also similar in the philosophies in that it touches each sign; kisses them and asks the question what will you do with what I have given you? Jupiter is ruled by Sagittarius and Pisces in Vedic, its name is Guru. Since my philosophies are rooted from the eastern world I will have a primary focus on Vedic vision, thus if Western Astrology is the way one wants to proceed I would highly suggest you contact my recommended astrologers here. Jupiter in Sankrit (the oldest native Indian language) is named as Brahaspati, or Guru for short. It has been said in the old ancient writings that Guru oversees all the planets. He is the teacher and he rules the sun and the moon, including its movements. Guru as we will call him from this day forward, brings good fortune, faith, thinking, mysticism, prosperity, children, accomplishment, integrity, affluence, and partnerships. You may notice many characteristics of Sagittarius and Pisces, and what they rule. Hence, there is an addition to Guru: wherever Guru is placed in ones chart is where one will reap the benefits the most. This placement is the transference of past life karma of the good that he/she will be a benefactor of.

Like Sagittarius, Guru blesses journeys, knowledge, reliability, ethics, handouts, compassion, concern and introspection. This is especially the case for those whose decisions would change the lives of many; Jupiter is also highly imperative for women.

To not to make this blog more complicated, my direction will be focused on how Jupiter magnifies or harms our life. Though we know now the ruling planet of Guru, however he loves to be in a sign of Cancer and Capricorn. So if you Jupiter is placed in your chart in a sign of Cancer you will naturally be blessed, but it does not mean you will always be blessed. This does not mean that other planets or astrological signs will not be blessed but when Jupiter enters ones Sun, Moon, or Mars and is in a sign or Capricorn or Cancer it is usually magnified.

As Jupiter changes signs every 18-24 months. On August 11, 2015, Jupiter will enter/return in the sign of Virgo. Nevertheless, before one can determine severity or the impact of Jupiter, it is imperative to understand the characteristics of the astrological sign.

Virgos are very hardworking people who use their acute, systematic, and organizational skill to move forward in life. Sometimes Virgos get so involved in little details of things that they can’t look at the big picture. They are extremely clean people, though they are good at taking care of themselves, their addictive personality may move them into direction of eating sweets, or extreme salt. The most gratification to a Virgo is their career, not only do they want to be recognized but they want to complete everything perfectly. If they work in a field of helping others they will have instant gratification. Though they are their best in the medical field, they are such perfectionists that they can worry more than they work at times. They are often referred as overachievers and neurotics.

But now Virgos can breathe a little. Virgos will now have a clearer mind as to what is happening in their lives. They will become much more practical yet optimistic and all their talents will come naturally such as truth, health, problem solving and being analytical. There were many hints that the universe had given to you in approximately 2002-2004. Any risks you took that were mistakes brought you to today. Now that you have learned to make mature decisions, Jupiter will bless us to look at things in a much larger view. Virgos will question what they need to do to change. They know though that they want life to be perfect, they are not perfect, and that it is not the experience but the journey that will take them there.

For all the hard work Virgos have put into themselves through changes and all the pain and suffering. this is the best time of your life. It’s time to get your hands dirty as you will reap what you sow. Your skills will be perfected, and who knows, you may learn something new. Virgos will also become busy bees. It will be time to take those baby steps. Virgos looking for some sort of break, here it comes. Those Virgos that are seeking to expand, move, or alter their career, Jupiter will help you succeed.

For anything that is work oriented, one should allow Virgos to lead, or be involved, because Jupiter is kissing them – it will succeed. Speaking of which, success only comes when Virgos feel good about themselves, and finally they will look at their health habits such as food and diet and decide to take better care of themselves (no more cookies, apple fritters and chips) –Who me ? I would never say such thing dear Virgo.

Baby boomers, and Generation X; 54-58 and 66- 70, this is your Jupiter. With its return you are now about to go deeper into your heart and make your wishes come true; but not just Virgos, however, all earth signs will be affected. If your work is honest, with morality and values, you will reap the rewards but if you take on too much as a part of ego driven leadership then you won’t be able to handle all that is imposed on you.

Throughout September, with the eclipse and confusion of what you need to do to bring luck (Neptune/Jupiter Square), you may seem confused. But when Jupiter was in Leo you learned something very important; either look out for yourself or look out for yourself and others. From that idea you will now have the inspiration you need to move forward. Now is the time to take your ideas home.

Mercury is going begin to move backwards in time in Virgo. The ghost period begins on August 25, 2015 and it switches signs on September 12, 2015 when it moves into Libra until October, 22, 2015 (give or take a couple of days). Additionally, New moon in Virgo on September 12, 2015 paired with the partial solar eclipse at 10 degrees Virgo will assist all Virgos to shed their old skin and promise of a new one (blog to be posted by Aug 20-22, 2015).

Virgo’s have been thinking too much; as a matter of fact, I could smell the fire all the way here. Your visions will come to reality. Remember that Guru is on your side, you can now improve every aspect of your life such as love, life, work, and career. You may get an itch to go somewhere where you have never been before. You will no longer fear that someone will create restrictions or place heavy burdens on your plate. Be careful though, when Jupiter is in a specific sign there are extra pounds that should be there and because you are enjoying life so much you may forget your blood pressure or sugar. Forget those Apple Fritters, Chocolate Chip cookies and most of all rich foods that make you go yummm. You will regret it later.

Virgos may be very concerned about family, home, and work. I would not be at all surprised if there is a large purchase such as a building or apartment, or come on some money you never thought you had. At the same time, Virgos do love their families and there will be deep worries relating to family matters. But don’t expect your entire journey for 18 months to be a bed of Roses. You may become short tempered and when you feel your opinion is not being heard, be flexible and open.

My dear Virgo, be good while Jupiter comes to visit. If you want things to be fair don’t micromanage, and you will soon realize everything is not as is seems if you place your feet in another shoes.

The summer skies will light up with the Blue moon of 2015. Another occurrence like this will not occur until 2018. However, depending upon which theory one follows, it has been known that a great astronomer, Hugh Pruett claimed that 2nd full moon in one calendar month is known as the blue moon.

Since the 2nd theory seems more concrete, we say that each season consists of 3 moons but when there is fourth moon within a season it is named the blue moon and according to this theory the next moon will not be until May of 2016. Hence, depending upon which theory is more sustainable, that is the theory that many follow.

The blue hue that appears quite often around the moon during a blue moon is not because the moon itself is blue, rather, it is because of the heat index that leads to forest fires and volcanic ashes. During the winter if there is blue moon it becomes even more vivid.

The blue full moon in Leo-Aquarius occurs on July 31, 2015 at approximately 6:44am EST, 3:44am PST and 10:44 GMT. This beautiful new moon will be 8 degrees Leo/Aquarius. The last time we had a full moon this close to the degree was in on July 31, 2004 when it was at 9 degrees in Aquarius.

This will be a beautiful aspect for those that have placement of Leo anywhere in their chart, as well as those that have Aquarius anywhere in their chart. Thus, all those that have Leo and Aquarius will be a doubly powerful event. The moon and the sun are in opposite signs and in Vedic philosophies it means that deep rooted foundational changes are a must; we can no longer look at the past and the future at the same time.

The fire of Leo with the freedom of Aquarius will give the energy that we had been spending by reflecting both of these areas for too long. Often reflecting in both spectrum can cause stress. One cannot burn the candle at both ends – the past is over, let go. The future is yet to be written and worrying about it is not going to help.

This full moon will also trait fixed signs which will lead to immaculate finales that were needed. We can now have a pathway for new beginnings but the only way to understand this is to understand that the past is our instructor and the future is our manifestation. Aquarius full moon will force many to burn the old patterns that serve no purpose. Leo is prideful and often selfish while Aquarius often focuses on other people. This moon will call that which we are able to give up personally thus bringing peace to others.

Though Venus a planet of love and abundance kissed Virgo on July 18, 2015, she also left the planet of Virgo and began to go backwards in time on the 25th entering Venus in Leo on the same day retrograde. Retrogrades always begins with “re” restructure, reclaim, re-think and the emphasis is now on money and love.

Mercury, the planet of communication, is still in Cancer. Therefore we may be focusing, talking, discussing, and elaborating a lot on areas of family and home. Enjoy this time as it will move into Virgo when the focus will change to work, money, and projects.

The most difficult aspects will be for Scorpios, and fixed signs, or anyone that has Scorpio in their chart. On June 14, 2015, Saturn, the planet of difficult lessons, turned retrograde and moved away from Sagittarius and into Scorpio for exit exams. On August 2, 2015, Saturn will ask Scorpios what they learned, how they learned it, and how they will apply it. I wish I could say this will be a one or two day transit but it will last a whole month. (Read more about Saturn in Scorpio here). The full moons are signs of transformation and power. Many individuals will feel irritated due to the gravitational pull of the moon around the Earth and sun. This usually occurs 5 days before the full moon and 5 days after the energy slowly become intense. A couple of days before the full moon, usually two to three, the vitality begins to change and is reflected as the “Waxing” stage. Thus, the moon moves more behind the Earth and the Sun’s sparkle makes it look like a large white spot in the sky (sometimes blue or red depending upon the season).

This gravitational pull disrupts the weather patterns which can result in high tides (great for surfing). The full moon gives rationalization to cantankerousness, anxiety, and often, love-hate relationships. This is not a bad, but rather encouraging situation. The main reason for this is because by the time the moon passes, the answers are crystal clear which will in fact invigorate many to be more tranquil and dynamic.

This moon will rebelliously hinder us so expect the unexpected. All of our five senses will be lit with the Full Moon – however, the drive may cause cynicism and hyperbolic behavior, especially in area of personal relationships of all kinds. The energy is so penetrating that vibrant dreams are foreseeable. Hemorrhages and profuse bleeding are more likely during a Full Moon, so take care.

This is the time to gather, consider, and be grateful; work on efficiency and achievement. Love and Romance go wild under a Full Moon, particularly around midnight. The full moon unsurprisingly attracts high detachment, clear mindedness, and a consciousness of one’s own needs as well as the needs of others.

Often, full moons are associated to parts in a book; the idea of forming new chapters in our own lives is like a part in a volume. Every full moon provides us chance to modify things that rationally need adjustment because of situations that are no longer functioning. Whether it is the way we connect, cooperate, observe a situation, or deal with complications in our own lives.

As the moon begins to move from sunny to dusk and begins the metamorphosis to a New moon, we manifest a notion or a thought. The powerful energy of the new moon (which was couple of weeks ago) gave initiation of clarity in what needs to change. Now the idea or a change has come to its completion and we have to plant the seeds that are essential. In easier terms, we could end a chapter in our lives or began a new one. But changes will be the highpoint.

Since the sun is still in Leo and the moon enters Aquarius, both of these signs are in the areas of being creative and discourse from the heart to the extreme. “I am in charge (Leo) and community, families, and people perception (Aquarius). Basically these two energies are associated with asking the questions of whether we are energetic enough, avidly driven, physically fit, or spiritually satisfactory to service people at large. For emotional serenity seek the company of friends who do not condemn.

The influence of this FULL MOON can be especially difficult or perplexing for those who were born under a FULL MOON PHASE, as well as for those of the fixed Sun Signs [Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius and Taurus].

Full Moons in AIR SIGNS are times when the Moon applies its delicate incentive, because the Sun as Life Giver is strong in the FIRE signs. The Aquarius moon represents the blue moon. When it comes to finding fulfilling relationships, it is of the greatest importance to be clear and have an understanding of what your goal should be. The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. The mantra for Aquarius moon is:

This mantra produces the excellence of relationships within oneself and others.

Remember to never make the affirmations begin with “I want”, they must be worded “I need to be shown how to retain”.

These are general predispositions though some personal things can be similar to what I have explained. Once again our skies will be filled with the luminosity of the magnificent super moon on August 10, 2014. In 2014 so far, there have been 3 super moons; two of them were super moons that were new moons and this summer there was one super moon on July 12/13, 2014 (read about it here). There will be two more, one on August 10 and another in September.

On August 10, 2014, the moon will be the closest to the earth at almost 90 degrees. Due to the pressure of the sun and the moon it would not surprise me if issues of tides and water overflow become newsworthy. However, along with the super moon, this moon sits gently in the house of Aquarius.

The full moon in Aquarius will be sitting pretty at 18 degrees, depending upon the orb, on the Leo-Aquarius axis. The brilliance of this moon can be seen as early as 2:10 EST. This will be the only full moon in Aquarius this year so embrace and breathe. The closest we came to this moon was in August of 2011 when there was also a full moon in Aquarius but at 20 degrees.

The August full moon is also known as Full Sturgeon Moon, named by the Native Americans. The Sturgeon moon is remarkably named after the sturgeon fish available around the Great Lakes. However, the tribes in the southern part of the Americas name it the Full Red Moon because of the heat which makes the moon appear red and hazy. In European nations it was the named Green corn moon due to the green leaves on the corn which protect the kernels of corn allowing them to be sweet and ripe.

When the Moon is full, the pressure of the Moon on one side of the earth and the Sun following creates an unstable draw. This pressure adds difficulties due to our anatomy which holds 80% water, therefore affecting humans as well as the earth. Again, I would not be surprised to hear of rivers overflowing, hurricanes, tornadoes, or anything that mixes with water, but there may even be chances of power failure due to Neptune influences and electrical outages with the surge of Aquarius.

Full moon energies will begin at least 5 to 7 days before it occurs. In this case it could be as early as August 2, 2014, during which time things could become very intense. Full moons are about endings, closing chapters in one’s life, and the final end. For every finale there surely will be a new start. Though it could be difficult, a change is needed for the better. This affect can be intensifying for those who have the sun, moon or any houses in Aquarius. People having a birthday February 09 or five days before or after will feel this energy like no other. There is no doubt that this energy creates an inner lug, a feeling of completeness, and may help us to connect physically with others. Everything becomes brittle and more influential under the light of the Full Moon – lust and self-worth can become quite inflated, and there is more awareness and focus on relationships.

Relationships are always the focus of Venus; Venus will be staying in Cancer until August 12, 2014. “This gives Cancer or those with a Cancer ascendant a real boost. One of the best aspects during this time will be for Leo’s; not only has Jupiter entered Leo for the for a long duration but Venus, goddess of love, is entering Leo on August 12, 2014, “This works great for Leo, also other fire signs and puts Venus in the fifth house of love affairs for Aries-the best! There could be an outpouring of energy during the light of the moon and our dreams will heighten by the energy of the moon. There is greater tendency to have a lack of sleep or feeling restless starting the 9th of August. But be careful with cuts and bruising and there is a bigger chance of hemorrhaging. These are general tendencies based upon Vedic and Western Astrology intertwined to be as clear as possible.
