New Moon in Aquarius

The eclipses from the winter are behind us now. Saturn is now moving gracefully into Capricorn according to VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurveda Theories) and the new moon blinds us with a void in the sky.

The new moon in Aquarius will occur at 15 degrees (depending upon the orb) and will void the sky at 4:42pm EST and 1:42pm PST on January 24, 2020. This moon will be highlighting kindness; bringing pleasantness within the sector of family and friends; just in time for social gatherings and activities.

As everything becomes fuzzy during the new moon it is important to remember that Vedic theories are unlike western astrology. In Vedic it is theorized that new moon brings darkness to its people causing us to be unable to see in the dark. This means that many endings are bound to happen to bring an opening during the full moon.

To better understand this process, it is vital to go back to August 2017, and see what began and what must now end. In my predictive blog, I had stated “people may be very competitive, high strung, and very direct, saying exactly what they want to say. I also stated in my predictive blog for 2020 which was written in December :“ And once again it will be closing a door to something you may have begun in July 27, 2018, which was also at the same degree.” – Read more here. Hence did the conversations begin with our President and Ukraine in April and escalated in July? I would say so, finally it will make a full circle within one week from this moon.

With Venus in Aquarius there is an underlying drive to be free, a freedom to speak and act, and a need to take control over the things that matter. With Saturn in Capricorn according to VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theories), it will take some hard work to accomplish everything as obstacles and delays are bound to happen. It also means that there may be many people who could endow their service to others.

New moon in Aquarius boosts group activities, projects, and anything to do with group energies. This is the time to act from your heart and trust the progression; take a risk and live in the moment.

Aquarius is the sign of the zodiac which signifies group consciousness and specific patterns, while still wanting independence and individuality. This new moon asks us to reflect a process of new healing, ideas, and how we will bond, nurture, and reassess and repair all old wounds. Aquarius is more troubled with values than emotions — the mounting of the mind and its vast potentials, as well as the urge for true independence. The wisdom of the Aquarian mind seems to emulate the working nature of the cosmic mind.

Moon in Aquarius forces us to move into expressive objectivity; a knack for impartiality regarding your own, and others’, feelings. Every sensitive situation may be assumed rationally or methodically, and these feelings may come from nowhere. The energy is just right to conduct academic pursuits. One may find themselves to be most gratified being around friends, and their company may satisfy the emotional voids. Through gratitude and looking past faults there is a great care of fostering and impartiality.

One thing for certain, this is no ordinary moon; it has very important lessons for all of us. This moon is the universes way to ensure we know exactly the history we are making. We cannot lose in this game called life. On January 24, 2001, the new moon transited the same exact sign at the same exact degree, which means that something ended, and within weeks something began. If you keep a journal, look back at these events. We were given an opportunity in January 2009, and January 2012 to clean up and perfect. If it was perfect, we surely would not have the opportunity now to do it all over again. Because we won’t have this opportunity after this moon until 2029, we must do everything to get it perfect now.

There are propensities that this type of behavior could influence fixed signs (Scorpio, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus) where they may disconnect emotionally and be more objective so there is no overreaction in situations. It is also a time you can find a subterranean assertiveness through a higher mind and reason. Nurture your dreams and send the best ones back into your world.

New moon in Aquarius is about causing instabilities in our lives to make progress. Often it makes us feel as though we are totally alone in the world. We will realize that confident changes will occur through stimulation and kindness, but it will also be very dreamy.

This year I will be focusing my predictions on the sign highlighted by the new moon and two signs highlighted by the full moon. As Mercury retrograde will be starting to retrograde backwards on February 1, 2020, there will be an abstract to all those signs not listed below, including Aquarius.

To best understand the overall picture of Aquarius it is best to combine the Solar Eclipse, Lunar Eclipse, the new moon, and Mercury retrograde transit. This will give Aquarius and those that have Aquarius in their chart an overall focus of what to expect in the next 6 months.

Each planet which I am offering is based upon VPAT predictions of what will emerge as general predictors for Aquarius. I will list all the planets and end dates for their specific transit.

I will also list them in the order of my favorite to my least favorite (they are usually the toughest).

Aquarius

The universe is preparing you now for your Saturn even though you do have some time before it happens. You may feel that you are working more diligently than you ever have before and it seems that recognition is not coming to you as you would like. There are chances where you may have outbursts come out of nowhere; it is very important for you to maintain transparency and patience at this time. It is time to let the healing begin.

Your charisma and beauty will bring new friends. Because you are so restless you may want to run away from where you are living now, or you may unnecessarily break relationships. You must ride out the storm for the next six months. You will thank me at the end if you do.

Saturn: Plenty of work and there may even be some reality checks. For every ounce of hard work, you do you will overcome all your obstacles. At times you may feel everyone is walking away, causing you to spend unnecessarily.

Rahu: If you are learning something new you may not have the focus you need at this time. Continue to have positivity in your life as you may end up hurting people you don’t mean to. The harder you work the more rewards you will have.

Ketu: There are bound to be more expenditures than income. There could be a chance of purchasing a vehicle or something that will assist you with traveling. There is plenty of recognition coming your way. There also could be break ups in your most personal relationships.

Uranus: Just like Saturn loves Capricorn, Uranus loves you. Your power of manifestation is going to be wonderful as your financial gains are possible. It will be enough to support your family, but I also would not be surprised if you get an opportunity to move for even more of a financial increase.

Chiron: Tempers may rise unnecessarily and it’s time to maintain peace.

Neptune: Your eyes will open wide and become more subtle and practical than ever before. There is a part of you that really wants to practice humility but sometimes you hold back.

Jupiter: Plenty of fortune is on its way; it may be possible that you are working two jobs or two positions. Your friends and your network will also expand. Legal issues are possible but no worries, they will also be straightened out for you.

Maharani’s Advice for Aquarius

If I have not said it a thousand times, I will say it again; keep calm. There is a possibility for plenty of travel. Do not become a hypochondriac, you are going to be fine. You could have conflicts but if you are open in your communication you will work your way through this. As financial things get better, your outlook does as well. You will see that people who owe you money will now pay you back. Remember, you don’t know everything even if you think you do.

Since moon in Aquarius represents Defiant, Wild, Coherent, Welcoming, and Changeable, it is my suggestion for us to remain balanced.

It is my suggestion that you purchase an orange candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with lavender oil or sage oil and chant the Psalm 51.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. Therefore, this year I have decided to go back to basics. For those who are familiar with the pronunciation it is time to become an expert, and for those who are just learning it is time to gain familiarity.

The mantra for Aquarius moon is:

“Om Hreeng Aing Kleeng Shreeng”

(Om hiring aiing kliing shriing)

This mantra produces the quality of friendship within oneself and others.

The intention of this mantra is to smooth your path in life by helping you understand the lessons you have set for yourself and through karma, the negativity will be surpassed.
