As the scenarios of 2000 and 2008 continue to be reviewed around the world, I can’t help but sound like a broken record that issues of the past keep being brought up for review. “There have been ongoing talks about the next financial crisis, and it may be like the ones that occurred March-July 2000, 2001, and again in 2008 and 2009. The full moon is expanding the skies with its bright hue, opening our eyes to reality but only for a moment. On Jun 17, 2019, at approximately 4:31 EST, 1:31am PST, the moon will move into Sagittarius to form a Gemini/Sagittarius axis at about 26 degrees, depending upon the orb. Usually, when a Full moon occurs it is not an end of something, but rather the beginning of a seed or a plan we may have developed and its now coming to fruitfulness. Take a moment to consider what was planted around Christmas of 2017. Now you will see how your efforts have, or have not, come to pass.
This moon is at the exact degree as it was in June of 2000, and very close to the full moon in 2008. I believe most of our focus has been towards the floods in the Midwest, therefore, climate issues should be prominent as if we are warned ahead of time these issues can be evaded. Year 2000 was not as intense as 2008 however, both had many significance, as far what Mother Nature has been trying to tell us. Moon is in Sagittarius which signifies heat and fire, thus, parallels between all three significant years, (2000, 2008, and 2019) would signify the similarities.
The summer heat wave brought drought and hit all time heat records in 2000, boiling Texas and resulting in over 150 deaths. Whereas, major drought caused un-containable wildfires in California in 2008. Thus, what can we anticipate this year? Perhaps little more of the same.
In the world and on the U.S. front, there are more cyber viruses attacking Fortune 100 companies and Apple computers finally launches the iPod. DNA sequences were introduced (HGP). An increase in internet use boomed and 8% was accounted for by the United States. As we move fast forward to 2008, those HGP now became a household name by creating a personal retail DNA test kits, and there were well over 300 million internet users.
Not to my surprise, educational structures have been in the news and will continue to be for quite some time; “I would not be surprised if transportation, k-12 education, and details are in the news.”- Predictions of 2019. Nevertheless, the similarities in the subject have also been substantial in 2000 and 2008. The journey of reform began in 2000, policy makers eyes were opened when Nobelist James Heckman pinpointed in his research the issues that early childhood education improves economic inequality and paves the way to a prosperous future. Whereas, in 2008, implementing crime and violence prevention within the k-12 programs to keep children safe.
With politicians behaving badly, what are we really showing ourselves and the world around us? If the behaviors of higher authorities can be so childish, can we act in the same manner? On the other hand, why should we be the judge and jury? We will soon see that the planets and the universe will work together to put these behaviors under a microscope and shake up these people. “For many people, this year will be a year of looking at our past behaviors and how they impacted our current outcomes and results. Did we not hear about impeachments in February and March of 2019 (during retrograde)? In June here we go again, “not impeachment. he should go to jail.” If we can let nature play its course would this world not be a better place? But this comes with the Sagittarius energy of fire and more fire. Sagittarius seeks the truth and truth shall prevail very soon. Mercury retrograde (coming June 20-Aug) will set the course to reevaluate the past, Sagittarius moon will seek the truth and add to the energy, while the eclipses will definitely shake things up.
Gracefully, this full moon is named the strawberry moon, or rather a rose moon; a definite contradiction. The native folklore called this the Strawberry Moon because it is time to harvest strawberries and blesses its harvest through its glory by the sun and the rain. But the glory becomes reality when the smell and blossoms of the roses are at their peak. Not to mention that it creates a beautiful hue. But in just a few more days, Summer Solstice will make it official that we must enjoy the summer and Mercury retrograde will slow us down to make sure we do so.
While dismissing the date, and the color of the moon, enjoy the natural beginnings by ending something through truth. But most of all, do not fear the truth as it sets you free. Let it be known that anyone who is a Sagittarius, or has any planets or houses in Sagittarius, will be affected by this full moon. The effect of this moon is a distinct illumination and therefore has a specific influence.
During the full moon there is a predisposition toward being impartial, attentive, and really observing the needs of yourself and others through a telescopic glass. This full moon supports us in being more plentiful to our own spiritual way of life. It also drives our ideas and promotes the taking of chances. The bigger picture of our lives is seen permitting us to accept being a spectator to the tapestry of our own fundamentals. Though the tapestry of our lives can be remarkable and sometimes outrageous, there is no doubt it is our own fabric that has shaped this while being involved with circumstances or people that have brought us pleasure or pain.
The Fiery Sagittarius Moon compels us to speak morally and get straight to the heart of the matter. Opinion is robust, small talk is inaccessible, and big visions, or arrogant plans, take shape in our minds. The Moon in Sagittarius brings a time of study, chasing, and impulsiveness. People may feel more daring, amicable, and fun loving. It is a good time for searching happiness and ideas, as well as enhancing the mind. Like the Archer that represents Sagittarius, people may have a bias toward seeking out truth and higher consequences, following insight, as well as flights of fancy. While the yearning for independence will be strong, people may want to do what they want, when they want, and be impulsive and open-minded. These tendencies can cause annoyance and a strong need for freedom.

Dearest Sagittarius, 2019, will be one the most thought-provoking years of your life. With Saturn paving the way to your destiny it’s time to make peace with yourself and those around you. You will now have a peaceful growth with primary focus on financial and individual improvements; now you are making plans and following through with them. The difficult lessons you have learned in the past are now assisting you to plan for the future. If you have children/grandchildren, you will find that this part of your life is not as painful. Collaboration with feminine entities will surely bring happiness. You will have plenty of support from your family in areas of career, travel, and education. Work hard as luck will not be in your favor, however, public settings will bring growth, but promotions and recognition may not come your way.
Saturn: April 2019-Sept 2019. Since Saturn is retrograding in your sign according to VPAT, Surya (God of Truth and Justice), may test you. You may have plenty of pressure and tests by the universal energies. You must adjust with all your strength; however, this may cause your patience to be tested which could lead to conflicts. Take care of your partner. Career may have roller coaster rides and staying focused on your career will help you expand in the future.
Ketu – Now that Ketu is in your sign for the next 2 years, things will stay status quo. Your health should be your number one priority. Past sickness may be lurking which could cause inclination towards spirituality to bring some needed peace and happiness. You may feel people around you are not as happy or going through difficult times. There may come a time where there will be physical or emotional distance between you and your partner.
Rahu – As it has moved into Gemini, this begins the trial of testing your commitments. You must do what you can not to create unnecessary conflicts or put undue pressure on people that you care for. Instead take the time to understand both aspects of the situation before jumping to a conclusion. You will have devotion to the relationship and space will be a good thing. Do not get involved in financial partnerships with anyone as they will cause conflicts of duties and proportion of investment. There also could be decisions of family property and resources which also may cause unnecessary struggles.
Uranus: Do not expect your life to be on a timetable. Your routines will surely go through some changes which could cause health situations to become intense. Do not try any new remedies which you have not used before as they will cause more health issues than necessary. Instead, educate yourself on research-based findings.
Jupiter – Hopefully this shall too past. Jupiter is transiting through Scorpio until August 2019, according to VPAT. But don’t think of this period as a negative transit, rather, this is positive, for everything negative must go and positive must come in, but with it comes an adjustment of attitude. You will do well in education and relationship matters. You may have financial difficulties, so be careful with unnecessary spending and handle stress calmly. With the grace of (Guru), you will now have the pleasure to speak with individual freedom. Stay focus on the things you wanted to do for a year and carefully consider any decisions.
Mars: Thank God that Mars is changing signs at the end of June. The energy of Mars will create confusion, misunderstanding, and difficulties in all aspects of interpersonal, business, and family relations. You may find yourself in the middle of a conflict or gossip you don’t need to get yourself involved in. Be careful not to be around “women” who do not have respect for your environment and the life you live.

Dear Sagittarius, this year is much easier and happier than others in the past. But this does not mean that you should take everything, everyone, and situations for granted. Shortcuts, irresponsibility, procrastination, and work schedules could cause stressors, conflicts, and missed opportunities for you. Recharge your batteries often, think before your act, look at past situations, focus, and most of all, your worries will be dismissed. However, be careful not to spread gossip, speak ill of anyone, and take the time to consider your actions. Being in the limelight does not always give you positive results rather, be the light that brings enlightenment to others.
The moon in Sagittarius is very trustworthy with her feelings. She is bright and principled in subtle situations; seeing others with reverence, kindness, and a sense of humor. She trusts in telling it like it is, even if the truth pains. Sagittarius Moon needs for others to be honest with her as well. She is intensely hurt by deceit. She has an ability for tutoring others and is a fervent student. Every expressive meeting is an occasion for her to engross and help others with the information she has prolonged upon.
The moon in Sagittarius is Candid, Direct, Vigorous, Excited, and Wise. With all this mixed energy, it is my suggestion that you purchase an orange candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with sandalwood or lavender oil and chant the Psalm 17.

This mantra begins to stir and trigger the entire chakra. It specifically prepares the chakra to be able to handle the inflow of Jupiter energy that gives chakra its power.
