New Moon in Sagittarius

The reality and justice are a core of the spirit on December 07, 2018 at approximately 9:11am EST and 6:11am PST. The void across the moon will uncover justice and truth at 15 degrees in Sagittarius.
This new moon will greatly affect those that are born in the beginning of the period spanning December 5 through Dec 15, but it will also impact those signs that have Sagittarius in their chart. Additionally, since Sagittarius is a mutable sign, those by linkage (other mutable signs; Gemini, Virgo and Pisces) as well as keen (Leo and Aries) will find intensity during this time.
As I have always said, though many people may consider the new moon to be a positive transformation, it is not considered auspicious; rather, the opposite.
This moon will bring some energy to begin new things; creativity, new projects and following your urges. It is also one of the most intense new moons. Sagittarius loves to find the truth and this truth is about you. Now is the time to look at your own compulsive actions, things that put your health in a spin, and the philosophies that do not fit into your life. But always remember that every full moon and new moon has the intensity to make forceful changes 2 weeks before and 5 weeks after.
New moon in Sagittarius this December is calling to replace the energy of the Full moon that was on Thanksgiving Day. Also, it marks the time to plant the seeds of Eclipse in January 2019. So be sure you know what you are planting because whether you like or not, you will be stuck with it for a while.
The beginnings of this new moon will occur where toxic things were disconnected from your life. If it was not done during the full moon there will plenty of assertive and aggressive behaviors because if it is not meant to be it will be forcefully removed, and this can be very disheartening.

My advice for Sagittarius from now until Jan 01, 2018
As we are moving closer and closer to the eclipse energy, remember, you will be affected by the Jan 20, 2019 eclipse. This is the last of Leo series of eclipse’s which began in 2017 and will not be recalled again until 2026. But because this is a fire sign eclipse (Leo, Aries and Sagittarius) you will be affected as if it was your eclipse. This will be because you will feel heavy responsibilities, but you will make wise choices and spend wisely as well. With all the pressure from different directions please make sure you take good care of your health. Now, however, you are ready to take on life on its terms. With Mercury hampering your progress you will see that once you pass this moon, and Mercury begins to move forward in a direct motion, things are going to look much better for you. Embrace the career and financial focus from the 18th to the 24th. Enjoy many things as this transformation is an absolute necessity. Throughout this moon it is normal to force serenity, peace, and inspiration. But more so, it will be about fostering others and making sure everyone’s desires have been met; especially with a motherly figure. The re-connection and connection to family and friends is mostly because of Mercury retrograde which stationed direct the day before this new moon (December 06, 2019) and has now entered Sagittarius.
Even though many astrologers may claim everything is straightened out and communication and relationships should be back to normal, please be aware Mercury is a slow-moving planet and for anything on earth to be back to normal, it takes a complete gestation period. This period of slow and steady progress will not be at its normal phase until Christmas eve. Therefore, regarding conversations, communications, relationships, and messages, caution should be used liberally.
The universe wants all of us to reconsider how we handle conflicts. One of the major causes of tension will be the Mercury/Mars/Neptune square, which may cause unscrupulous and dishonest ways of ruling over people. Furthermore, rage, anxiety, dishonesty, misunderstandings, deceit, acts causing humiliation, retaliation, and corruption are the theme for this new moon. While these are negatives, just as easily, this moon could bring positives to people; as will the planetary inferences.
According to VPAT (Vedic Philosophical Ayurvedic Theories), Saturn remains in Sagittarius until 2020. This planet brings difficult lessons as it will retrograde on and off; it could even enter Scorpio again in 2019 for very short stay. On the positive side, Jupiter is currently in Scorpio and it will also move in and out of Sagittarius.
With Ketu in Cancer and Rahu in Capricorn until almost March, I would not be surprised if there is a lot of thinking of who, what, where, and how, for the remainder of the year.
The Fiery Sagittarius Moon induces us to express thoughts politely and get straight to the heart of the matter. Conviction is the strong suit of Sagittarius; attainment to the detail and being accurate is the way to go for most Saggies. Most of them, however, are incorrectly judged because they don’t like to create troublesome for anyone. They also can be quite erratic yet are not afraid of responsibility.

These inclinations can cause irritation and a robust want for control.
Moon in Sagittarius is very reliable with her feelings. She is real and lucid in emotional situations. She treats others with admiration, attention, and a sense of humor. She trusts in being straight forward and bringing the truth, without being mindful of others.
Sagittarius Moon desires for others to be truthful with her also, as she is intensely offended by dishonesty. She has an aptitude for educating others and is an enthusiastic apprentice. Every sensitive test is a chance for her to study and help others with the information she has gleaned.
As the moon in Sagittarius is Authentic, Forthright, Enthusiastic, Poised, and Clever all mixed, we must remain balanced. It is my suggestion that you purchase an orange candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with sandalwood or lavender oil and chant the Psalm 17.
You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Remember that with all claims of psalms and mantras, accomplishing the chosen outcome is dependent upon the eminence of intent.
