Transcendental loss & rebirth: Full Moon May 2015

fmscorp715Full Moon in Scorpio

May 03, 2015

By Maharani Rutan©

We are almost moving into summer in North America and Europe. The eclipse in March and April made a great many changes for all of us. Tomorrow also begins another celestial slow down with Mercury retrograde entering its ghost period. (read about it here)

This beautiful full moon, known as the full flower moon or Mothers Moon, has been named after the cycles of births. In the month of May many flowers are beginning to bloom and the snow has melted. But it is mostly in the summer time that many children are born thus naming it the Mothers Moon.

May 03,2015, skies will be lit brightly but not “the” brightest as the time of the super moon, however it will be bright enough for almost everyone to see. At approximately 11:42pm EST the full moon will enter the sign at 13 degrees in Scorpio depending upon the orb. At the same time, the Wesak festival begins.

Better known as the Wesak festival, it is also known as a festival of the sun. There are three days of the festival. It always occurs on the first full moon in May. I have always recalled in almost every one of my blogs that in the Hindu philosophies, Full moons are auspicious; they are called Poonam. Many eastern philosophies believe that the full moon brings births and rebirths.

The Wesak celebration marks the three stages of Buddha’s life: birth, enlightenment, and 3rd is option which is death. The full moon with the sun in Taurus is a very powerful moon as I mentioned earlier. It has been mentioned that every major phenomenon that Buddha experienced, birth, spiritual awakening, and death, or rather resurrection to the Devine, all happened on the Wesak (Full moon in the sun of Taurus). I do not know too much about Buddhism but it is one philosophy that has been adopted from, or into, Hinduism. It has been told that Buddhism and Hinduism are very much alike since Buddha was surrounded by Hindu Priests and practiced the rituals until he found his enlightenment. For those who are interested in watching the history of Buddha’s life, I recommend the following subtitled documentary:

The Moon at 13 degrees in Scorpio has not been felt this intensely since May 4, 2004 when it hit our orbit at the same degree.

However, in the eyes of Vedic readings, this moon will be very substantial to Scorpios who should expect the unexpected. Having four planets in Scorpio, including the sun and moon, this will be a very intense period for Scorpios, indeed. However, if you fear, there will naturally be an attraction to negativity. This moon is not about pain, it is about letting go, reawakening, rebirth, and assimilation.

For Scorpios and ascendant of Scorpios, you may have confusion with your partner, there is something hidden, but it was not really hidden, rather, it was chosen to be overlooked. Whatever you find out should be of no surprise. But, if you are in a vigorous relationship and married it could mean that you have the edge this month. Especially in areas of communication with your partner. If you are not married, an engagement or a wedding is in the air for some of you. Whatever it is, romance has no shortage. This is only if the relationship is healthy.

Love and Romance go wild under a Full Moon, especially around the wee hours. In a full moon you may become extremely objective, clear minded, and aware of your own needs as well as the needs of others. Traditionally, the early Europeans knew this that full moon was a time for plants and herbs to be harvested and dried as the richness of the first harvest was realized.

In Native Lore, Full Moons are known as the moon of ripening sweet berries. As ripe berries were gathered and used for paints, dyes, and as a source of Vitamin C. Health and creativity are emphasized and there is a sense of well-being and drama to this lunation.

The Moon in Scorpio marks a time of powerful hunger and yearnings. People may be feeling more acceleration and more stimulating, as well as being triggered and practical. In general, emotions at both ends of the spectrum are discriminating and likely to vary quite a bit throughout this influence. Connections on a deep level could be made with members of the opposite sex with the Moon in Scorpio.

Scorpio possesses a mysterious and penetrating nature. Feelings of suspicion and vengeance may rise, so special caution is needed to avoid conflicts. The Scorpio Full Moon can be a substance for power urges, which can often result in forcefulness or even homicidal impulses.

Since, moon in Scorpio represents Headstrong, Willful, Hot-Tempered, Brave, and Energetic, it is my suggestion for us to remain balanced. This full moon is extraordinary to many signs. It is my suggestion that you purchase a white candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with lavender and sandalwood oils, and chant Psalm 39.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Remember that with all applications of psalms and mantras achieving the desired result is dependent upon the quality of intention. Also, when it comes to finding satisfying relationships, it is of the greatest importance to begin with a clear understanding of what your goal should be. The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. The mantra for Scorpio moon is:

“Om Angarakaya Namaha”

(Om An-ga-ra-ka-ya Na-ma-ha)

This mantra is to call to the lord of peace and removal of any obstacles in your way.

The intention of this mantra is to keep us in balance and from losing our temper through darkness and unfocused energy.

Please remember that I am NOT an astrologer, rather a Vedic reader who incorporates Astronomy, Astrology, and Vedic tendencies to build the most accurate readings which show the pathway to change and reliance.
It is my suggestion that prior to getting a reading from me, you should contact one of my recommend astrologers, Leslie Hale or Lee Stillwaters, and have them lead you to your conclusion and let me be your guide to avoid pitfalls.

This will be the only Full moon, next to the super moon, during which I will suggest meditating for most of the day. Since this will be 2/3 for the EST time zone, it can be possible if you want to go into a deeper spiritual inclination.

May this moon be as super as it seems and allow the transformation to take over through spirituality and understanding.

Changeable Consequences: Mercury Retrograde Summer 2015

Mercury Retrograde

Ghost Period

May 04 through May 19, 2015

Retrograde Period

May 20  through June 11, 2015

Stationing Direct

June 12 through June 25, 2015

By Maharani Rutan©

While many mutable signs do not like the Mercury retrograde period, some do not even understand. There is a reason why Mercury retrograde appears three times a year and sometimes four depending upon the celestial energy. Some of the information may seem difficult to understand, while for some it may not be, but the purpose is to get an in-depth understand as to why it is a vital time, what effect it has on humanity, and how it will affect the astrological signs it will touch. But most of Mercury is not selective, holding everyone prisoner.

In the 18th century many of the astrological and astronomy terms were first introduced. The first of its kind was referred to as pro grade and as the etymology matured it was renamed. Retrograde is a Latin word for “retrogrades”; retro is going or stepping back or backward. And gradus is derived from Latin word gradi or to go one step at a time.

The planet Mercury is the eight planet that orbits around the sun. It is also named after the Roman messenger sent by the Gods because of the speed it zips around the sun. It was first noticed in 1631 as it transited across the sky and viewed by Pierre Gassendi. He noticed several things; one, that Mercury goes forwards most of the year, and two, that during certain parts of the year Mercury retrogrades.

When Mercury retrogrades it is not really moving backwards although it seems that way to the human eye. The celestial impact can be very problematic, chaotic, and irritable. Some have even blamed disasters on Mercury retrograde such as the Hindenburg explosion, the Titanic sinking, and even political aspects of elections, especially the Gore-Bush hanging chad incident. On the other hand, it can be reflected as a worthy cause, it forces every human to reflect and be able to let go and let God in. For once, give up control and let nature, nurture, and healing energy lead you where you need to be led for approximately 7 weeks which includes the Ghost, retrograde, and stationing periods.

On May 19, 2015, Mercury turns retrograde again at approximately 9:49pm EST. However, its ghost period, which is just as problematic, will enter the atmosphere on May 04, 2015. When Mercury begins to retrograde at full speed it will begin in 11 to 12 degrees of Taurus depending upon the orb. This intense period will last until June 11, 2015 when it will begin to station direct at 4 to 5 degrees in Gemini. Nothing will really ease up until June 25th.

During Mercury retrograde Gemini’s are the most sensitive and its brothers and sisters in the same family of mutable signs (Sagittarius, Virgo and Pisces) which also feel the intensity of the motion backwards. Mutable signs are already people that change their minds and try to accommodate as much as possible. However, when they are changeable they also like things to go on schedule and they dislike hold ups or tardiness. They are also the signs that can be very lethargic at times and they love their time alone. When they are out they love to socialize therefore, calling them mutable (adjustable). But every year Mercury retrograde pinches their fickleness and they are pulling their hair out.

However, just remember that we are individual people with individual charts and no two charts can be exactly alike unless they are maternal or paternal twins. This means that somewhere in our entire chart there is a mutable sign and those are the planets that will be hit by this awful period depending upon the house it sits in. Therefore, I suggest that you speak to my recommended astrologers, Leslie Hale or Xtrology of Hollywood, as how this retrograde will impact you.

During the Ghost period / shadow period whatever seems easier is the time when the planet begins to be sluggish, moving in the same direction, where it will stop and go backwards. Most of the time astrologers ignore this time period but in Vedic philosophies it is imperative, like no other, and it is treated in the same respect as stationing or retrograding. A common way to understand the ghost period is when intuition, the gut feelings, are ignored. A part of the problem is the notion that judgments and arrogance are the source of pain, action, reaction, and buttons you or others have pushed in the past which have caused a whole lot of confusion.

For many years, trying to duplicate how to describe the ghost period was difficult. Until one day I took a train from South Florida to Tampa, Florida to meet a close friend of mine. What I noticed was that the Amtrak went backwards for a few blocks until it started to head north then west. When I reached Tampa the conductor stated the next stop was Orlando which did not make sense as Orlando comes before Tampa. I spoke to the ticket agent and he said to me that Amtrak does not have any stations further west than Tampa, therefore the train has to go backwards for a 100 miles then goes north and then south but many people do not notice it.

Mercury is the same way, off retrograde period Mercury is always stationed, or moving forwards, but due to our optical illusion it seems that it is moving backwards. Rather, it moves forwards a little bit then backwards until the point where it cannot move any further.

With Mercury retrograde in Gemini, people with this sign noticeable in their charts will be predominantly likely to to such reflection. There is little choice but to reconsider our individual opinions and attitudes about who we are and where it is we are going. Since Gemini is a Mutable sign all those that follow in that group, such as Pisces, Virgo, and Sagittarius, will also be affected. There is, however, an opportunity to develop understanding into our own sense of worth. When Mercury is retrograding in the signs of Gemini it creates a psychological and emotional focus causing us to rise into something new and unique. You may even want to escape to a place you may have never gone before.

All the evidence which you may have expected must be completed during this time otherwise the past is coming to haunt us. There is a disposition toward the range of misunderstanding, hesitancy, inconsistency, frustration, and controlling yourself, to aggressiveness towards blame and not to take it personally.

This period can also hurt any business relation, legal issues, especially problems of communications which may be obstructed in some way, and writers you may have a block of some kind creating a time for you to take a pause if you can. Understand that Mercury is not just about romance. Please be careful around this time because all know things from the past could return; make sure you know what you are doing when that happens. Relationships could also break down during this time because of miscommunication; treat every relationship with kid gloves otherwise if it breaks up it won’t be restored again until September, 2015 when another cycle comes around.

Remember that Saturn is retrograding and depending upon what type of philosophies that you are willing to tap into, the planets are different between Vedic Astrology and Western Astrology. While Vedic uses the moon as a focal point, Western uses the sun. Therefore, in Vedic Saturn is in Scorpio until 2017 and in Western it is in Sagittarius until 2016. While Saturn moved into Sagittarius in December (read about it here), according to Vedic it moved into Scorpio (read about it here). Therefore, it is off by one Astrological sign. This summer, as of June until late September, Saturn will be direct in Scorpio according to Western Astrology and it will be direct in Libra according to Vedic astrology. This goes until mid-September when Mercury retrograde moves back into the same signs as in March, 2015.

Remember Saturn is all about difficult lessons and it almost always affects ones health if needed karmic changes are not made. Therefore, I have included some key words for each sign during the Saturn period until 2017: Please note these are general tendencies, my suggestion is to consult my recommend astrologer, Leslie Hale or Xtrology you may find them under my recommended astrologers here

Aries: Disappointments, disorganization, punishment for laziness, slow metabolism, pain to the back and knees. Older members may be hospitalized. You can tap into your psyche or spirituality through hospitals or where old souls are buried (i.e. graveyards or cemeteries).

Taurus: Testing partnerships, hidden enemies at work or in business. Working or traveling long-distance.

Gemini: Old issues will finally be complete and will go in your favor. The summer months will be very profitable for you.

Cancer: Family, love life, health, friends and finances will go through a major change. Depending upon where Saturn is placed it will be either positive or negative.

Leo: Financial crisis or abundance, careful of thieves, and vehicle accidents.

Virgo: Financial growth or crisis, mediate circumstances with people you love and trusted friends which you have left behind.

Libra: Careful with communication, relationships, and finances. Especially be cautious of knees, and teeth. Be grateful for what you have.

Scorpio: Fatigue, lack of motivation, stomach issues, back pains, arthritis pain in the legs. Family relationships may be strained. Financial issues may come calling. Debts and new jobs or losses of jobs are pictured.

Sagittarius: Expenses, health issues, anxiety, and sleepless nights. If you are not careful with what you say you will be humiliated in public. Be humble and look at financial investment.

Capricorn: Wishes being granted, happiness and celebration of family, spouse, wealth, health, and social popularity. Exciting personal relationships. Be prepared, your life is about to speed up if it has not already.

Aquarius: Pressure at work, leaving or acquiring a job. Developments in work and career after a time of waiting; and frustrations when simple tasks seem painstakingly difficult. Take care of your health and don’t lend or borrow money.

Pisces: Long distance travel, high ideals, or refined spirituality. Excessive expenses and positive creativity.

Remember, these tendencies are general and focused on Vedic philosophies. If you wish to have a deeper look on how Saturn will affect you I would suggest you contact a Vedic or Western astrologer, or any of my recommended astrologers here. Remember that Saturn is a very slow moving planet and can bring double burdens when planets are retrograding around it.

Each planet retrogrades, except for the Sun and Moon. Mercury, much like the winged messenger of the gods, comes in on feather-light wings and orders us to communicate. Messages, understanding, and consciousness are all within Mercury’s sphere, as are judgment and cognitive thinking, our method of thoughtfulness, and how we create and express our thought processes.

A mercurial nature brings to mind annoyance and signal. Rat-a-tat-tat — things happen recklessly. Mercury is about a reckless intellect, hasty thinking, possibilities, views, and the capability to justify things. Mercurial energy can be virtuous or ruthless, but it will certainly be stimulating! This Planet also encourages us to move from one thing to the next and to get explanations on both a physical and psychological level. Further, Mercury’s energy is both agile and insightful. Mercury is about short trips: a visit to a neighbor or a friend across town, the workday travel, and a weekend escape. Relatives and transportation in general, are also within Mercury’s realm.

Dialogue, writing, books, online communications and education are all within Mercury’s domain. This Planet implores us to express ourselves often — and well. When Mercury goes retrograde our communications could be challenged. Because Mercury rules communication and transportation, these two areas are most influenced during a Mercury retrograde.

Mercury retrograde affects everyone differently depending upon their natal chart, their sun and moon sign, and where mercury is positioned in their chart. Therefore, general tendencies below are based on Vedic philosophies and I highly recommend that you speak to my recommended astrologers (here) or speak to Leslie Hale or Xtrology of Hollywood for your personal transits.

The key words for Mercury are where there will be difficulties from May 04 through July 27, 2015 in each astrological sign. Please remember, depending upon the house where mercury or fixed signs are will determine the effects of these transits.

Aries: Communicating, education, difficulties in acquiring info, family, all media, immediate environment, investigating, questioning, short trips.

Taurus: Money, resources, values, creativity, manifestation, possessions, security, and your personality views from others.

Gemini: Appearance, worldview, personality and how others view you, your communication with others, perception, and others reactions.

Cancer: Career, motivation. Objectives, status, prominence, public, influence to society, blood relation, obligations, authority, acknowledgement, dreams, visions, truth, associates, and a disregard of dissimilarities.

Leo: Friends, groups, recompenses, worldview, kindness, expectations, ideas, desires, predictable and unforeseen, humane aims, awareness, and self-examination.

Virgo: Careers, drive, long-term objectives, status, involvement with the world, parents, community responsibilities, power figures, community gratitude, psychic power, transparency, and perception.

Libra: Tourism, college, religion, values, law, interpretations, principles, printing, insurance, reality, self-improvement, resolution, philosophies, and fitting.

Scorpio: Transformation, profound matters, tradition, death, sex, taxes, other people’s money, liability, support, investigation, division of wealth, spouses money, getting rid of possessions, beginning, accomplishments, vital situation, occupational projects, accuracy, and spirit.

Sagittarius: Partnership, marriage, professional partners, interrelationships, contracts, legal issues, exposed opponents, collective existence, mystical wakening, individual desires and those of others, yoga, and coming together.

Capricorn: Health, examination, everyday existence, routines, occupied circumstances, workforces, domestics, colleagues, animals, upsetting measures, skills, diet, feelings, transparency, knowledge, to initiate or finish.

Aquarius: Inspiration, individualism, kids, nurturing , love, passion, courting, dating, taverns or saloons, entertaining, betting, possibilities, sports, consciousness, emotions, manifestation, self-confidence, possession, appreciation, inspiration, and proprietorship.

Pisces: Home, family, parents, property, sleep, youthful patterns, emotional practicalities, expressive refuge, circumstances at the end of life, backgrounds, boundaries, discovery or finishing an exploration, settling down, moods, understanding, and rational.

Please remember these are general tendencies and are not an exact science to everyone; each individual’s chart represents their own unique aspects.

During Mercury retrograde conversations might be more problematic, as crossed signals and blurred connotations complicate matter which are normally up-front. Still, with a little restraint and attention, the point will get across. Correspondingly, be ready with a standby idea when traveling. If your flight gets canceled, your car won’t start, your phone stops working, or your computer goes in a tizzy, remain calm. Who knows, perhaps the person that might just assist you in fixing the problem may be your next best bliss.

Remember, we can use this powerful energy in positive ways. Use this time to do activities that start with “re”: renew, repair, review, renegotiate, and research…

In general, Mercury rules rational and insight, treating and broadcasting information, and all means of communication, commerce, and transportation. Even further, Mercury rules people who work in these areas, especially people who work with their minds or their intellects: writers and debaters, reporters and critics, natters and spin doctors, swindlers and thieves.

Mercury retrograde gives escalation to individual confusions; inconsistent, unsettled, or postponed communications, discussions and trade; malfunctions and failures with phones, computers, cars, buses, and trains. All of these problems usually ascend because some critical part of data, or component, has gone amiss, or skewed. When Mercury is retrograde, everyone’s rationale is more reflective and we are inclined to think about subjects and worry according to the sign involved.

Artistic tendencies including crafts, music, art, or design tend to be blocked by circumstances beyond one’s control. Legal matters will proceed slowly and unforeseen obstacles tend to emerge. Mercury retrograde tends to lack depth of perception and has no patience for detailed analysis. All areas of communication are affected. Methods and motivation for learning, communication, and transportation are subject to difficulties under this aspect.

The good things to do when Mercury is Retrograde: reflect, contemplate, edit the book/poem/song/essay you’ve been writing, clean house, talk to your pet, listen to music, paint, and catch up on sleep!

Since Mercury is a very slow moving planet and it effects almost all planetary signs, it is my suggestion that you purchase a yellow candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with Inspiration oil or Eucalyptus oil and chant Psalm 70 every single night. This period will last for 3 weeks and it will be hard on all of us. Performing these procedures will allow approachable communications as well as compassion in circumstances. You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until June 25, 2015.

Remember that with all applications of psalms and mantras accomplishing the chosen result is contingent upon the value of intent. When it comes to finding substantial relationships, it is of the utmost significance to initiate with a pure understanding of what your goal should be.

The mantras can be hard to pronounce for many but are a powerful source of energy. I have chosen two mantras for you during this Mercury retrograde:

“Om Budhaya Namaha”

(Om Bood-han-yah Nahm-ah-ha)

“Om and salutations to Buddha, presiding spirit of planet mercury”

For Hindu practitioners and those that have adapted the Hindu philosophies:

Om Mani Padme Hum

(Omm Ma Ni Pa dme Hum)

For those who are still adopting the eclipse mantra make sure you continue to do so until the next eclipse.

These mantras are used to achieve mental transparency, to evade and overcome misunderstandings, and keep friendly communications flowing. Many people have asked the question how often they should have a reading done by a psychic or a tarot reader. In my opinion an in depth reading should be done every moon cycle; this means from one full moon cycle to another including 8 days which adds up to 40 days.

Mutable signs (Gemini, Sagittarius, Pisces and Virgo) are encouraged to have a personal reading done on themselves no matter if you had a solar/lunar or relationship reading.

Ignite the fire within: New moon in Aries 2015

nmaires415New moon in Aries

April 18, 2015

By Maharani Rutan©

After very difficult eclipse energies some of us are still suffering. The eclipse on March 20, 2015, brought new beginnings to spirituality and thinking of what needs to be evaluated (read about it here). Additionally, the lunar eclipse on April 04, 2015, brought forth volatile energy with some relationships coming to a better understanding while others parted ways (read about it here).

Energy will soon settle down; just in time for flowers to bloom and birds to sing. Venus entered chattery Gemini on April 07. Gemini’s often change their minds but they love to talk research and have rhetorical conversations. I would not be surprised if many people make plutonic friendships that may last for a long time – and it does not matter if it is with the same sex or opposite. But be careful, you may become fickle minded. However, Mars is in the sign of stubborn Taurus, which could mean that many of us can be stubborn and because we are, confused if we should get into a relationship and sacrifice our time or stay in a friendship to foster and have fun.

The void of the moon creating a new moon in Aries will be on April 18, 2015. The darkness will cast upon our skies at 2:57pm EST and 11:57am PST. Even though it will not be noticed it will impact all those that have Aries as their sun sign at later degrees and those that have Aries in their chart. Its position will be at 28 degrees in Aries depending upon the orb.

Two weeks ago, the Spring Equinox ushered a time to begin new projects. Aries energy and the spring equinox will force us to look at things that do not work and discard them if they are not working in your life. Nearly all astrological signs are going through difficulties, except Leo’s who are sitting pretty with Jupiter going direct in their signs as of April 8, 2015 and will go retrograde in Leo on July 18, 2015.

The new moon gives us the initiative to think of new things and put them into action. The energy is influential enough to give the motivations that the right choices will be the correct passageway. Small modifications will lead to larger changes and taking risks. It is a time for manifestation, planting seeds, and making plans.

When the moon is in Aries there is no time to contemplate – act now, making sure our necessities are met. Aries’ yearn lust and passion. Their needs for freedom, self-assurance, and dispositions becomes the number one factor in their transformation. There is a need to take control of responsive situations which leads to finding resolutions to difficult problems right away. Due to the nature of Aries individuality is collective. A motherly figure will help portray independence through discovering one’s self with high energy.

The Moon in Aries marks a time of increased accomplishment and ambition. People may feel more fervent and be more energetic. This is a good time to begin new projects or to try to apply favored change. Like the charging Ram that represents Aries, people may be motivated to dash robustly and impulsively without bearing in mind the consequences to both themselves and others. Caution needs to be taken to avoid egotism and fiery behavior. The Blazing Aries Moon brings enthusiasm to our emotions, instant feed backs, and courage in the face of any adversary! Give in to the energy… endeavor for new beginnings.

Since the moon in Aries represents imprudence, tenacity, hot-temperateness, braveness, and dynamic behavior, it is my suggestion for us to remain neutral. This moon is extraordinary to many signs. It is my suggestion that you purchase a white candle and carve your name through to the wick. Anoint the candle with lavender oil and sandalwood oil, and chant Psalm 39.

You may also choose to recite a mantra every morning until the next moon cycle. Make sure you focus on your needs rather than your wants, as the dedicated healing only occurs on a selfless view:

“Om Suryaya Namaha”

(Om sur-va-ya Na-ma-ha)

For Hindu practitioners, this kind of energy can be very unsettling and could cause anger between you and someone that you care for.  Therefore, I am suggesting an additional mantra to get through the intensity and get to the other side.

Om Shante Prashante Sarva Mahna Upsha Mani Swaha

(Om Sha nte Pra shan te Sar Va Mah na Up Sha Ma ni Swa ha)

This mantra is the dis-speller of incomprehensibility and illiteracy.
The intention of this mantra is to keep us in balance and from losing our temper through darkness and unfocused energy.

With every moon cycle, remember to cross out the old affirmation even if there is the slightest change and create new ones. The perfect number for aspiration is 10.

This means to list 10 aspirations and recite them every night until the next moon cycle. Remember never make the affirmations begin with “I can”, it must be worded “I can be any one I want to be”

Affirmations for the energy of the New Moon in Aries

I use my narrow-mindedness and rage helpfully … to make productive modifications in my life.
I esteem the stimulus behind my hungers and cravings … and use this influence sensibly.
I use my self-assertion to build, control, and uphold the conditions I want in my life.
I offer brave, optimistic leadership to myself and others with my selections and methods.
With joy and gratitude, I takeoff my imagination …to initiate the vital foundations and projects of my life.

This new moon will tug heart and spirit carrying optimism and healing; however, it is also action-oriented. It prompts values in our lives to start something fresh, perhaps a new venture or a new relationship (or bring back an old one) – or is it that you want your individual autonomy now? It is about reinventing and reconsidering; allow yourself to let the past go and be excited about what is yet to come.

To really understand this energy, the new moon was at this exact degree on April 19, 2004.  This energy will be back at the exact degree again April 20, 2023 (in 8 years) the infinite number.

It is time to let go of the ways that were not working and release toxic relationships that no longer work by committed compassion and moving on. This new moon brings forth those matters while coming to terms with harsh truths and release because this is one of those things that continues to hold you back.

Please note that I am not an astrologer, rather, I am a Vedic reader and astrological venues are the groundwork utilities that enhance Vedic reading. It is my recommendation that after you have spoken to me, you contact my recommended astrologers: Leslie Hale or Xtrology or my recommended advisers for the best advice possible during Saturn, Mars, and Mercury retrograde and how it will affect you.

Remember, Astrology tells you what could happen and Vedic readings give direction to what you can do about it. Vedic readings will NOT tell you what to do; rather, they tell you the forks ahead to enable you to make the best decision which is honorable to all.

Wishing you all the best of this wonderful spring season. Enjoy your time because within 3 weeks the trickster is coming to poke you again.
