June and July have brought many pivotal changes to several of you, especially cardinal signs (Aries, Capricorn, Cancer and Libras), some have been fantastic some have been not so hot. But these transits were waiting to happen but someone of you just did not pay attention. Though it began many years ago however, it did not come to a pivotal point until June 28, 2010 with the Lunar Eclipse this is where ending brought forth a climax to some of your lives. But this did not just affect cardinal signs, Virgos may have gotten ill and Pisces may have had some relationship or work issues issues. Gemini’s have been also very tense and was fixated between their freedom and their prospective of what they call “boring”. Leo’s and Taurus may have felt they needed changes and became more intense on mingling and getting out breaking the monotony. While Scorpios began to think about their career change or focus fully on a relationships. Aquarius and Sagittarius also had their days between wanting to leave a relationship and quit or had too many burdens on their plates. Everyone felt this nudge. And many of you are still feeling it.. but its not over yet..

On July 25, 2010, the Full Moon in Aquarius will bring an ending and closing chapters for Air Signs (Aquarius, Libra, and Gemini) to pave a way for new beginnings. But the Journey is not over yet. What ever you began in February it is about to end. Its almost like brining the heavy rain to the hurricane..

On August 6 and 7^th 2010, there will be a Cardinal Grand Cross, linking Jupiter-Uranus (Luck and Confusion) in Aries, Pluto (destroyer of things that are no longer needed) in early born Cancer and Capricorn and Venus (Goddess of love-femininity) joining Mars (Masculinity) and Saturn(difficult lessons) in early Libras. Every one will be stressed even you. This is just in time for Mercury Retrograde ouchy…

Through these transits we can only assume that the Universe may be saying to us.. “if you don’t change” .. “I will force you to change”.. you must make your life much more simplified, humble, kind, forgiving, nurturing, understanding, learned and most of are loving. This message will force us to look at our obsession, egos, and what we are destroying and questioning our faith. And at the end respecting our maker, therefore, we must make a change to stop being obsessed, egotistical and destroying the very essence of being .. because it is your maker who brought you in this world and therefore, you must respect everything that has been created and built for you not abuse but to respect… Through these aspects, healing begins… enter the world the world transformations.. it’s a scary ride but at the end….you will be happy you did ..

On July 25, 2010 we will have a Full moon in Aquarius at 3degrees at which time the full moon will illuminate at around 9:36pm EST and 6:36pm Pacific.

When the Moon is full, the gravitational pull linking the Moon on one side of the earth and the Sun on the other may have a great affect on our own bodily water levels, as well as the earth’s. Full moon energies will begin at least 72 to 48 hours before it occurs. Full moons are about endings, closing chapters in your life and the final conclusion. One can never have new beginnings before endings. You may or may not notice the effect (depending on howerful the Moon is in your Astrological chart), but there is no doubt that this energy creates an inner pull, fullness – and may help us to connect psychically with others. Everything becomes clearer and more intense under the light of the Full Moon – emotions and egos can become quite inflated, and we may have more awareness and focus on relationships.

You may also feel energized by the light of the Moon and have more luminous dreams which may cause you to have a lack of sleep and feeling restless. Bleeding and hemorrhaging are more likely during a Full Moon, so take care. This is the time to Harvest, Pray and be Thankful, and to work on fertility and prosperity. Love and Romance go wild under a Full Moon, especially around midnight. In a full moon you may become highly objective, clear minded and aware of your own needs and the needs of others. Plant herbs at this time bring something new into your life.

In Native Lore, this Full Moon was known as the MOON OF RIPENING BERRIES. As ripe berries were gathered and used for paints, dyes and as a source of Vitamin C. Health and creativity are emphasized and there is a sense of well-being and drama to this lunation. “The New Moon Solar Eclipse @19 degrees Cancer, with Saturn opposing Uranus and Jupiter, squaring Pluto. Saturn is at 29 degrees Virgo. The New Moon Solar Eclipse of July 11^th, at 19 degrees Cancer, will not be visible from the U.S. as it is in the Southern Hemisphere. The effects are felt the most in the area that is in its path. The effects, some which manifest in the weeks before and for weeks after, even months, are profound as they cause the day to turn to night, and that in and of itself should give you an idea of how transformational they are.

We just had a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse/Grand Square on June 26^th, as Eclipses take place two weeks apart, twice a year, in opposite signs. On July 11, 2010 at approximately 3:33pm EST and 12:33pm PDT we will have a Total Solar Eclipse of the sun in Cancer at about 19 to 24 degrees Cancer/Capricorn.

However, this beautiful Eclipse would be it will not be visible to many of us unless you are in the Tonga’s. This eclipse similar to the one we had on June 28, 2010 will only last 3 minutes and 18 seconds. Even then the only people could even glimpse of the most pivotal moments of Astrologers dream would be in Chile or Argentina but It will move as fast as it had come in.

Those that will be affected by the Solar Eclipse are Cancerians, Liberians, and Capricorns and those who have their houses, ascendants or any nodes in the cardinal charts. Especially early signs of Cardinal.

We recently had a Lunar Eclipse on June 28, 2010, which affected most women because lunar has to do with emotions now we are dealing with solar energy which has to do with reactions to the emotions, therefore, men will be mostly affected by this energy as well as the foundation of your life. This will deal with issues of family, public, heritage, emotions and whatever that makes you who you are. Questioning all that we consider to be our comfort zone or what we consider home.

Full Moon in Capricorn

On June 26, 2010, at approximately 7:38 am EST, we will have a Partial Lunar Eclipse of the sun. This eclipse will be visible on the pacific and eastern side of Australia, and in all of the Americas especially the New England and Eastern Canada.

This lunar eclipse is very intense it will be at 4 to 4 ½ degrees in Cancer/Capricorn and the moons will also conjunct Pluto. This means unexpected confessions, structural changes. The climax of the cardinal grand cross is not finished yet. Since this eclipse is falling in the signs of the cardinal (which means those who have a strong cardinal emphasis in their chart or born with in 4-5 degrees of the Cardinal sign) will go through experiences of stresses. Those that will be greatly affected by this eclipses would be in early signs of (Aries, Libra, Cancer and Capicorn) also those who have houses, and Ascendents in Cardinal Signs.

This new moon settles it self still in the degrees of Taurus approximately 23 degrees therefore communication and possible money will be the battles of the Universe. The focus will be on nature and nurture, earth and air, sigh and tension.

This message is brought as preventive maintenance for those that have the sun, moon, and ascendants in cardinal signs.

On June 26, 21010, at 7:38am EST and 4:38 am PT we will have a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse of the sun and at the same time we will also have a full moon in Capricorn.

This eclipse is the conjunction of the eclipse that took place the summer of 2009, December & January of 2010, this is phase III. The Cancer/Capricorn eclipses have been on going since July of last year and many of us were going through emotional roller coaster like no other.

The eclipse June 26, 2010, in Capricorn will be focused around Capricorn tendencies which calls for our focus to be practical, ambitious cautious, reserve, methodical and self controlled. The most effect signs will be cardinal signs such as Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, other signs will also be affected in the placement of their charts.

On a much more mundane level, everyone will feel the stresses of this eclipse and the level of the stress will depend upon where the eclipse falls in your astrological chart. There will be tendencies of deception, personal values could be threatened, and we will feel to express our selves more with no personal control.

We are still shifting our focus and waiting for Mercury to be completely stationed and you many not see all the effects of this station until tomorrow, May 28, 2010.

In a full moon you may become highly objective, clear minded and aware of your own needs and the needs of others. This full moon supports us to be more liberal to our own spiritual ideology. It also helps us to tend to our dreams and the knowledge to be more daring. We can now see the bigger picture of our lives and bare witness to the tapestry of our own creations. Though our tapestry can be beautiful it has leaded many of us through painful situations in our lives – but there is no doubt that we are the creators of our own fabric.

On April 18, 2010, Mercury turns retrograde at 12 degrees in Taurus. Mercury retrograde is best known to sending communications, missed appointments, mail and the www into a general snarlup! This awkward period lasts for three weeks or so, until May 11, 2010. It finally straightens out on May 28, 2010, bringing things back to normal. Though many people will state that Mercury will go away on May 11, 2010, one must understand that Mercury is a slow moving planet (almost like a slow locomotive).

Keep in mind that Mercury Shadow begins three weeks before the actual moving backwards in time and the shadow phase began approximately April 04, 2010.

When Mercury is retrograde, everyone’s judgment is more meditative and we tend to think about issues and concerns that relate to the sign involved. With Mercury retrograde in Taurus, people with this sign prominent in their charts will be particularly prone to such introspection. Additionally, because Mercury is moving into a fix sign of Taurus Fixed signs (Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) will not be excluded. Even though Mercury is in the fixed signs, usually Mercury rules Gemini, Virgo and Pisces therefore those who have their sun sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces or prominent in their chart will also be affected. On March 29, 2010, we will have a Full moon in Libra 9:25 pm EST and 6:25 pm Pacific time at 9 degrees in Libra.

When the Moon is full, the gravitational pull between the Moon on one side of the earth and the Sun on the other has a great affect on our own bodily water levels, as well as the earth’s. You may or may not notice the effect (depending on how powerful the Moon is in your Astrological chart), but there is no doubt that this energy creates an inner pull, fullness – and may help us to connect psychically with others. Everything becomes clearer and more intense under the light of the Full Moon – emotions and egos can become quite inflated, and we may have more awareness and focus on relationships. You may also feel energized by the light of the Moon and have more luminous dreams.

However, this full moon is vicious it involves a T zone between Saturn (Lesson Planet and Pluto (Emotion Planet). You may find people to be just outrageously cold and cut throat. Karma: What you need to know

What do we know about Karma?

Do we understand it?

Will we ever Understand it?

How do we get it?

How do we get rid of it?

What is karma? Though many spiritual teachers have tried to rhetorically define Karma many have only defined it or a minimal aspect which left many people in society with unanswered questions, only to continue the efforts into finding answers in the history of Hinduism.

We must first understand that our actions, communication whether verbal or non verbal directly affects humanity- one person or many therefore, it directly affects our relationship with the universe (which I call God). This means it is the way we speak to God, if we do something bad or evil, this is how we relate to God in its most unique way.

To best define Karma we must know the root of Karma and its history. Since the word Karma is a derivative of Sanskrit language must understand the meaning which is actions or conduct. Basically the word Karma first appeared in the Hindu Gita better known as cause and affect. It is also known as a fundamental law of nature. The cliché is that it is not something that God will interfere in nor a system of punishment or repayment basically means that it is a direct result of negativity which imposed upon your self therefore when you speak ill of someone you speak ill of God, though God is forgiving, God is not punishing because he gave humanity a free will, speech and a way of emotions therefore, God will respect your actions and reactions but the consequences of these reactions if of your own to handle.

For example if you rob a bank and do not get caught for a long time eventually the law of Karma is that you one day will get caught if not in this life time but in the next. As a result the severity of the crime will be a lot more than you had anticipated because your evil deeds.

There are three types of Karma

Prarabdha Karma which is only experience in this life time.
Sancita Karma- which has yet to be experienced
Sanciyama Karma which is experience in this life time to be carried into the next.

The process in how we develop Karma is very important because through each Karmic experience we go through a re-birth process to learn or experience something to become more spiritual and practice humility. Humility is an action and tendency, therefore anything good or bad that we do there is a result is graduated into more bad or good. Through this graduation it reaches our soul and our physical body. For example we may become very ill not necessarily because we are bad people or did bad things it just means what ever that you are doing no longer benefits you and since you are not able to learn through your action the result is that it manifest it self into our physical body.

In Hinduism, it is believed that we must do what ever we can not take ill actions, and reactions to eliminate or reduce bad karma so that we can encompass good karma to be fruitful in this life time so that we have fewer lessons to learn in the births to come. The sublime bliss is to release our moksha (inner soul) so that we are better people in next life time. A person who comes into this life time with released moksha can acquire a blissful moksha so that they can prosper in this life time. I am sure you have heard the saying, “why do good people die and bad people continue to live and prosper?” This is because the good has released their moksha and going to a place where they have good fortune in the next life time and there comes a time when they will not be born again until they are a perfect being without greed, attachment to materialism, and evil deeds.

Good people usually give things without asking for anything in return, good people often can be those who have the least materialistic things, good people are usually those suffer quite often and get the least. Why? Because these people have learned to detach tangible things out of their lives and bring humility into their lives. This means that body and mind will bring the ultimate life which is known in the Gita as Brahman. When a person reaches the Brahman stage they are at their last life time where life is not so bad but the lessons are difficult continuing their lives through humility and spirituality. Through the experiences of karma we have the sense of certain elemental of life which is through dharma which is Devine justice. In lament terms how God would want it.

It is also believed in the ancient scriptures of the Gita that we are egotistical beings meaning everything we say or do is based upon the ego. When we release the ego we perform our duties in our lives with deep spiritual transitions rather than egotistical thinking processes. Therefore karma is meant to teach us lessons of life through God so when you deliberately or unconsciously hurt someone remember look at your actions because if not in this life time but perhaps in the next we will have negative consequences due to the disrespect of God’s children and things. Therefore if we shun evil actions we earn good Karma. Therefore, if we shun good actions and do things out of personal and selfish reasons we suffer the consequences of through mysterious ways. Therefore every action good or bad should not be ignored but must be tackled in a honest, humble and respectful way.

Concluding Karma does not being soul mates but we must not react in a negative way but do it in a humble way, though in silence there is a resolute, however through our own resolute must act in a human law which is to devoid desires, actions are knowledge which can burn us and God is the active Principle in all matters. We can not control the world and we can control our actions through our desires behind them. Remember there is no time frame as to when Karma will come back to you and it is baggage of negative Karma that e can not just leave behind but a person of good deed dies and enjoys life of sublime bliss and person of evil deeds goes through the darker world and continues to return to earth to relive the Karma.

Karma is not of liberation rather for embodied soul which means at the end you will realize that circumstances in your own life is of your own making and you are own your own creator and you will take responsibilities of your own actions one way or the other good or bad. And when you listen to your conscience and do things that are good for you and others you will no longer blame others for your problems or expect them to save you from them. , you will also no longer will be a martyr nor will you try to victimize others knowing the consequences of your own actions. You can not blame God for things that happen to you nor others but one must understand God does neutralize the bad effects of Karma through Mantras and release of Moksha and Dharma and when you seek him through grace of good deeds God too feels more respectful of your actions and brings visions and a more sensitive and blissful world for you today.

Soulmates: Concept & Understanding

The concept of soul mates has had many rhetorical arguments in the psychic world. But some how the definition got lost in the actual spiritual meaning. Therefore, I bring you this topic so that not only is it understandable as it should be because lets face it the word soul mate originally derived from the Hindu philosophies which meant between two souls. So if we are going to understand the concept of soul mates lets us understand it in a correct way and in nature’s way.

The concept of soul mates did not arrive the United State or England until the early 50’s this was adopted through the transition of Eastern philosophies through England then to the United States. And it all began really when the silent movies came in but most of all it became very popular in the 60’s when the Vietnam War became the catalyst to many things that kept people together or at least brought a sense of “love and flower.”

So what is a soul mate? According to the ancient scripture of the Gita it was a dialog between God, Krishna and Rama .And God gave Krishna a Devine vision to save man kind and learn peace and love, and Rama was his brother. This is why Krishna is known as a God of Love because he brings love to many.

During the epic dialogs, Krishna and Rama used to argue philosophically a lot so, God said to Krishna be on earth and be your brothers soul mate. And when Krishna asked what is a soul mate. God said, “Soul mate will be someone that is placed on earth to learn and teach from?”

Therefore, Soul mates are special people who are brought into our lives that we learn from and eventually teach. Soul mates are not always here to cause you harm and soul mates are not the opposite sex or someone you will eventually marry. Soul mates hold a special place in your life and when the lesson is finished they go away. We must remember soul mates are our parents our siblings, teachers, neighbors even the grocery clerk we see every now and then and to surprise even the man walking down the street holding a sign.

The association with these people and the message/s they are trying to deliver are important transit to your own transformation, karma and destiny. Some of these people have been chosen to be associated with special people that are there to protect, teach and help us grow as people; all of them are in our lives for special reasons.

It is especially important to remember sometimes our soul mates come into our lives over and over again to finish old business from past life times and our Karma and Dharma plays a important role in their lives as much as our own. So think of each individual as a part of your lessons in life, whether they bring your joy or tears the emotions you feel are a feelings and they shall pass but at the end of the day these people have touched your life one way or the other. And one day that time will come when you may see them again where there won’t be animosity but just forgiving feelings. And soul mates are again everyone you come in contact with.

So the next time a psychic tells you he/ or she is your soul mate this is why they give you a difficult time say, “thank you” and ask them to read the scriptures of the Gita and define soul mates for you until then remember the real definition of soul mates are those who are lesson givers to you and those whom you give lessons to

On March 15, 2010 we will have a New moon in Pisces 4:01 EST, 1:01 PST and 25:10, GMT.

It’s also a moon of Shiva who destroys our imperfection in order to bring spiritual growth and progress.

The New Moon blesses new beginnings, and invites you to take a chance! What do you want to create in your life? What vision do you wish to manifest? The New Moon is an asking (invocative) time, and a time to formulate what our needs are according to the opportunities available through Pisces this month.

WHAT IS LOVE? WHO DEFINES IT?

What is Love?

When do we know?

How do we know?

What is love? Who defines it? The word love is so abused and so used that I sometimes wonder if anyone really knows what love is. So I set out a crusade to find out love but I really did not want to define love as a universal concept I wanted to know what love really is. I knew it is a feeling. I knew that the only kind of love that has been long lasting that I can point out is with my family and my God. But I wanted to dive a little deeper to find the true answers of love.

So I asked around I talked Astrologers, I spoke to psychics, Clairvoyants, family, friends and even counselors but no one could really give me a clear answer until I spoke to my Guru and he said the answers are in the Gita look and you shall find.

My journey was triggered by my clients for years clients kept asking me question “Does he love me?” I always hesitate to answer and sometimes I become very rhetorical when answering such a complex question.

Being born in India we do not take love very lightly, however, I have noticed that in the United States, I have heard guys say to their buddies, “I love you man” or women say to their girlfriends “ I love you” and the next time they have a argument, its “I hate you!”

In the Hindu culture love is never universal except for the love of God. Each one of us loves differently and it instilled in us through our own grassroots i.e. parents, caregivers, teachers, grandparents and distant relatives as well.

According to the scriptures of the Gita there they define many kinds of love.

Unconditional love- Love of God and a love of a child to his mother(this is also when we feel our parents do not love us we still love them – as we should) it is not only written in the Gita but in the Christian Bible (“love thy parent)

This kind of love is the purest love of them all and all humans should love this way. This kind of love has no expectations, only forgiveness and respect.

Loving someone one- This is a love of sibling, or distant relative. Though they often do things to hurt you and sometimes disappear out of our lives only to return because you have the blood line (Krishna & Aruna) and the western ideology it states “blood is thicker than water”. Though this kind of love has conditions and expectations, this love is based upon the moral ethics within the grassroots of family. Family expectations, morality and respect.
Being in Love- This would be a love of two romantic partners of opposite sex or the same sex depending upon the orientation. This is what we call in the Gita a honeymoon stage. It’s all nice and wonderful. Until we start to see if this person is really an image of us and it can either die away or remain constant which is levitate to #2 description of love.
Love with lust- In the Gita lust is a negative conjugation it become an evil sense of conditions, expectation, co dependency, and obsession. Many of us mistake this for love. Our emotions often run high in this kind of love so much so that we place the other person in front of our own needs and therefore interference of the Universal God condones idealism. When the other person becomes so enriched in our lives that we stop our lives for them. (Like the movie fatal attraction). This often leads to insecurities and we invade our partner’s privacy, follow them, tap their phone and often times we are not honest in our feelings.

Lastly, there is puppy love- This often an infatuation built within a short period of time. This kind of love would be found in young children’s image of love. But in adults we often believe that one night stand now becomes our obsessions and we do not look at things realistically. Meeting a person only one time and think that something will be started etc.

I had a women call me once and she had a one night stand while she was traveling between Chicago and New York and with a heavy storm many passengers were given vouchers to hotel accommodations. With the storm almost every hotel room was booked but there was one room left. After a great deal of thought she asked one of male passengers if would like to share the room for the night. Of course one thing leads to another and they ended up sleeping together. Not knowing his name or where he lived or even his telephone number she kept asking if he will ever contact her again. Reminding you both of them did not know each others name.

She became so obsessed that she later told me she spend thousand of dollars with many people and 3 years of her precious time obsessing over only to discovered what I said was correct. You may never find him because Airlines can not give you information. And she has never found him to this day. But the important lesson in this was that it was purely lust. Love does not develop in bed or in one date it develops over time.

But this questioning has not only been in my clients minds but my children too. I remember when my oldest son’s girlfriend left him because he never said to her that he loved her, and he told her honestly, “how can I know what love is, if the only love I ever knew is of my mothers and never felt anything that was so sublime as the one that I feel from her.” With tears in his eyes he said to me, “mom. Is it wrong to tell the truth.” I hugged him so tight and I said, “no son you will know, you will feel and you will embrace love when God is willing to show you but be open and you will see”

Love is never universal because we all define it differently. To me what real love would be different than what you may consider love. Though in love we all have expectation, however, love is not an obsession, love does not demean your character, love does not betray, love is never to be rushed. Love happens to all of us and it has to all of us.

So when you ask a speaker, “does he love me?” perhaps you might want to restructure the question by asking, “is he capable of loving me as I need to be loved” always remember there is no black and white in this question. That means there is NO real YES or NO, it is more complex so if you get a YES, you can estimate that it was a guess however, if the question is asked to a good reader they should describe either how he/she sees you as or what he/she can give to you.

On February 28, 2010 we will be transiting to a Full Moon in Virgo. This transit will occur at 11:38am Eastern Standard Time and 8:38am Pacific Time.

As we transits through Virgo, we must take into consideration we are still under Mars retrograde and this is causes us to feel as though things are not moving as fast as we want as well as depletions of energy.

The Full Moon brings a time of brilliance and blossoming. It is a period of personal fulfillment, but also a time to search for the deeper meaning in what you’ve created. How can you integrate your vision into the world for the greater good of all? The Full Moon urges you to recognize and honor the significance of the “other” – other people, other ideas, and other values. Relationships are of great importance at this time, and you feel a need to share, to merge, to partner, whether romantically or through other channels. You are called upon now to work toward achieving balance – balance of your inner nature and outer personality, balance of your need to take with your ability to give; balance of your ultimate ideals with what is possible in the world.

Be The New You …

Remember people love you as you love your self…

One of the saddest times in our lives can be during the holidays. Especially during Valentines Day when we see some of our friends go out with their boyfriends and husbands. It hurts even more when we see gifts delivered to our jobs but it is not for us. And sometimes we are wishing someone that cared enough to do the same. But often forget that the love that people show in a material world may not be as exclusive as the love we should show to our selves and our loved ones on a daily basis.

Contrary to what they say on the radio and television, we do not need someone to tell us we are loved. To be able to love your self enough means to treat your self too. Give your self a card; treat your self to a special Valentines Day most of all write to your self. I bet you might think this is funny but have you ever written to your self? The answer to that might be a little chuckling but its ok.

Remember the times when notes were passed in class by someone you liked? How about passing your self a note, parent the child within you. Ask your self some kind words, tell your self about what you accomplished today, why not pamper your self today and make an appointment with the hair dresser, how about joining a gym and exercise. They say when you exercise your body you exercise your soul. How long as it been since you were in a bubble bath? How long has it been since you went shopping for your self? The activities that you find pleasure in will help boost your own enthusiasm so that you can reflect this to all the people around you.

When you find pleasure in the little things in life you will finally have the ability to honestly ask for help when you need it without expectations. When the healthy boundaries are placed in your life and you have less expectations you will not have disappointments. Sometimes we all need help in something’s in our lives being helpless does not mean you are weak but acting helpless is another thing. The turning point in your life comes when you have faith that everything we need will be taken care of and everything we want will be a miracle through faith.

Faith is not the same thing as expecting others to lend a hand, faith means that you believe in your self and believe that when you take care of yourself you take care of others. I know many of you may say to me how you can say that when you are working 13 hour days, how I can say that is because I keep going. I know that there will come a time for “me” time soon and universe will show me the “me” time when the time is right. So that people who relay on me right now will now allow me to show my capabilities rather then just my abilities to get the job done and this is done through releasing the inner child. When we release the inner child within us we release the energy of negativity and out of no where comes this burst of energy of creating healthy boundaries between your self and your partner or the people you love.

Loving your self often is not easy when we are too busy taking care of others. But sometimes when we release the inner child and set healthy boundaries between our selves and our relationship life this is when all comes together. Many co-dependent people do not understand that we continue to play the role of the fixer, the parent, the rescuer that we forget we are getting ill in the process. Often times when we are also being a role which we are not we disable our selves to feel emotions. We erupt like a volcano it basically killing our soul as well as killing people around us emotionally.

The only way to figure out which role to play in our lives is to do healthy inventory by asking your self:

Am I always rescuing people?
Am I always a scapegoat to people’s aggression?
Do I always play a mascot to people and never having others play one too?
Am I always a victim by always complaining of what I do not have rather than what I do?
Am I always trying to win and argument or feel as though I must be always right?
Am I always trying to look too beautiful rather than being my self?
Am I always trying to be so smart that I have no time to think?
Am I always nurturing others and there is no one to nurture me?
Am I always helping someone one that I don’t take time to help me?
Do I always look for people to take care of and am too busy not able to take care of me?

This is where the healthy boundaries are. Learning to say no without being vindictive and understanding just like your self others need space, time and nurture too.

Starting today ask yourself what did you do today that you said you would do and really get it done. And how did you spoil your self today for example today I had a pizza and a coke while I am always dieting that was my gift to my self. Tomorrow while shopping for my doggy I will stop a Barnes & Nobel and get a relaxing book. The next day it will be Valentines Day and while I go search for the perfect card for my children. I will also buy something for my self that will make me feel good be it a little ornament for my door or even nice linen what ever it may be there will be a little for them and little for me. And every day I promise to ask the universe to forgive those who have hurt me. Because just like me they do not know what they do therefore, I am not perfect either. But tomorrow is a better day than today and Valentines Day will be even more special because I love me just as much as I love you. But if you don’t love me back as much as I love you that is okey because I love me just enough and everything else will fall into place.

And on Valentines Day the most beautiful joyous moment will be that I have another day with my son and another day in life with all of you. Because its not just about I love you’s but it is all about I understand you and am here for you if you ever need me. Though I am not always there but you are always there in my sprit and my thoughts even when my world becomes busy and even when I wrote this.. this is my heart and this is my soul but most of all this is my spirituality and this is my gift to you on Valentines Day and the only thing I ask in return is please love your self so that you can love others like the universe loves you … unconditionally.
