Below are the short forms of mantras which are created for the most significant seven planets of the zodiac…. Please note the mantras to be recited for Astrological effects of the signs are different than those listed below……..

Suriya(Sun)

 Om Surya Namaha

 Pronounced: Om Sur iya Nam aha

 ***This is great when the sun is in your sign.  So for example: The first day when the Sun enters your sign or when there is a new moon in your sign. It is best to say this mantra for a whole entire cycle******

 Chandraya (Moon)

 Om Chandraya Namaha

 Pronounced: Om Chan dray a Nahm ah Ha

 ***This is great when the sun is in your sign.  So for example: The first day when the moon enters your sign it is best to say this mantra when there is a full moon in your sign for a whole entire cycle******

 Mangal (Mars)

 Om Angarakaya Namaha

 Pronounced: Om Ahn-gah-rah-kah-ya Nahm-ah-ah

 ***This mantra is beneficial when you have negative aspects of Mars in your chart.  It is recommended that you find out from your astrologer how long this effect will continue and recite this mantra for remedies to ease the conflicts in your life******

 Budh (Mercury)

 Om Budhaya Namaha

 Pronounced: Om Bood-hah*yah Nahm-ah-ha

 ***This mantra is beneficial during mercury retrograde or anytime mercury is effecting your solar chart***

 Guru (Jupiter)

 Om Gurave Nahama

 Pronounced: Om Goo-rah-vey Nahm-ah-ha

 ***This mantra is beneficial when you have negative aspect of Jupiter but saying this mantra almost all of the time brings luck.  Because Jupiter is a planet of luck and abundance.**

 Shukra (Venus)

 Om Shukraya Namaha

 Pronounced: Om Shoo-krah-yah Nahm-ah-ha

 ****This mantra is beneficial when you are having negative aspects of Venus in your chart also it is often used to attract love******

 Om Shanisharaya Swaha

 Shani(Saturn)

 Pronounced: Om Shahn-eish-wahr-eye-yah  Swa-ha

 ****This mantra is beneficial when you have negative aspects of Saturn in any of your houses********

 There are two other planetary mantras which only Vedic astrologers can refer to and it does not exist in the Western Astrology which are called Rahu and Katu.  This is the aspect of wants and needs almost like Uranus and Neptune however, these planets are void moon in the Western Astrology Ideology therefore, it will not be mentioned in this article.
